I had an emergency with my cat, Luna. They had me come in right away. Staff and the vet were amazing. What a blessing to have banfield vet hospital! Thank you all for the promtness and kindness you showed me and my cat. Highly recommend them and their wellness plans.
Dr. Aiken is great. We went to 3 other Banfields before anyone mentioned my dog having glaucoma.

The Banfield located on Barrett Parkway near the David’s Bridal is completely unacceptable. I came in for a simple walk-in service—anal gland expression—only to be told at 1:30 PM that they couldn’t do it until 2:30. Despite having a 2:00 grooming appointment, I rearranged my entire schedule based on their assurance that my dog would be seen at 2:30.
When I returned at the agreed time, we were left sitting and waiting until nearly 3:00 PM, only to be told—casually—that they had no idea how much longer it would take due to having just one nurse on staff. No urgency, no accountability, no respect for my time.
This level of disorganization and poor communication is beyond frustrating. I would never have gone out of my way to come back or delay my dog’s grooming appointment if they had been honest from the start. Instead, their incompetence forced me to reschedule everything, throwing off the rest of my evening—dinner, homework, and bedtime routine with my daughter.
Banfield clearly lacks both professionalism and adequate staffing, and it shows in how little they value their customers’ time. I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly caution others against relying on them for even the simplest services.

The people working here are great, but they are very understaffed. There was one front desk employee for about 5 people checking out and 2 phones ringing at the same time. For a company as big as Banfield, it seems they're being greedy with the massive amount of profits they get and not using it to hire and pay employees to make a better service. They also try to convince me my cat needs a dental cleaning in every chance they get, since it costs hundreds of dollars to do so. Even over the phone, where they can't see the state of his teeth, they try to sell me a cleaning.
I'm going to be going local to support a smaller business that will give my pet more attention with no corporate greed.
