  My dog loves going there and gets excited when we park in the parking lot! I love that I can watch him on the video monitor. See how much fun he’s having.

  We left for a 7 day trip and they took amazing care of my sweet girl. I would call them and they were always very kind and helpful giving me updates about her. They also let me know that the personal playtime specialist loved her and it genuinely made me feel like she was being well cared for.

  My dogs have been going to Puppy Haven - Johns Creek location for a little over two years and they love it. The staff are so friendly, they treat my dogs like their own, and you can tell they care about what they do. We have used both the daycare and boarding services and we could not be happier with the service we receive. My dogs absolutely love it here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After searching for what felt like forever to find the perfect place for my baby, Dior, I came across Puppy Haven, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the very first evaluation and training assessment, the team made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. As a first-time dog mom leaving my baby for boarding, I was extremely anxious. The staff at the Johns Creek location are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the dogs. During Dior’s first boarding stay, my anxiety had me calling multiple times just to check on him. Every single time I called, they were kind, patient, and happy to give me detailed updates. They told me about everything Dior was doing—from exploring new surroundings and making friends to being his curious, playful self. Hearing how much fun he was having gave me so much peace of mind. What really stood out to me was how much love and attention they give each dog. It never felt like Dior was “just another dog.” They treated him like family, and that means everything to me. If you’re looking for a place where your fur baby will be safe, loved, and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend Puppy Haven in Johns Creek. Thank you to the entire team for making Dior’s first boarding experience such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!
