  WARNING TO PET OWNERS This veterinary clinic was always our first choice, but when our puppy needed urgent medical attention, they failed her. We called because our 11-month-old puppy was sick and showing serious symptoms. We were informed about an additional emergency fee, and we were fully prepared to pay whatever was necessary to have her seen. Cost was never the issue. We never asked for discounts, always kept up with her vaccinations and appointments, and always paid our bills immediately. Despite explaining the situation, we were told to wait until the next day because the doctor didn’t wanted to do over time and it was still almost 2 hrs to closing , if you choice a carrier do it for the live NOT THE MONEY !! By the next day, it was too late. Today, we are making arrangements to have our beloved puppy cremated instead of bringing her home. I cannot express the pain our family is feeling. A veterinarian’s responsibility is to evaluate urgent cases and provide care when animals need it most. When a pet owner calls describing serious symptoms, that call deserves to be taken seriously. I am sharing this because I do not want another family to go through what we are going through. If your pet is seriously ill and your instincts tell you something is wrong, do not wait. Seek emergency care immediately and consider getting a second opinion if necessary. Our puppy, Stormie, was only 11 months old. She was loved beyond words, and she deserved every possible chance. Rest in peace, Stormie. We will love you forever. 💔🐾

  I took my dog in yesterday with a major ear infection and underlying allergy issue that I wasn’t aware of myself. My dog although not acting sick definitely wasn’t herself and after seeing Dr. Dennis yesterday and getting her on the right medications I can already see a complete difference in her. I will no longer be going to any other place. He was thorough when explaining what had been going on and I trust that he is going to get her back to 100%!

  Canceled our appointments n they have been charging monthly $44.00 for past 3 months without me even knowing about it and refused give a refuned after we canceled 3 months prier from our dog being ran over n dying
