- TRTanya Rogers-TharpAug 3, 20261.0Very disappointed, doesn’t do any good to make an appointment, you will still wait an hour then they keep your pet all day with no updates. During the consultation they always want to upsell the next package even when your pet is sitting there in pain. I always get told they’re short staffed, going on 3 years now. Time to find a new provider.

- JHJeffrey HoffmannJun 26, 20265.0I have been going to this specific Banfield on & off for the last 9 years as I moved around north Georgia. This is THE vet to go to in probably a 100 miles. Banfield's tend to be really reliable, knowledge, and offer cost effective plans, but specifically the Banfield of Flowery Branch is the single best vet I have experienced anywhere in north Georgia. From Woodstock to Athens, this is the best vet in north Georgia. Never had a single issue in my 9 years of dog ownership. There are other banfield's between me and the one in Flowery Branch, and I still drive past them to get to Flowery Branch Banfield.

- SAShelby AshleyMay 28, 20265.0I had Dr Huang and a great nurse (who I can’t remember the name of, sorry!). My cat came in for regular vaccines and ended up having a VERY bad reaction to one once we got home. I was so incredibly panicked. I called them back (shout out to the person on the phone for being so kind when I was very anxious) and they told me to get in immediately. I got there and they immediately took her back, monitored her, gave her meds and assured me they would keep me in contact. They kept good care of her while she was recovering and they kept me in the loop the whole time. We returned home and they even gave me a call right before closing to make sure my cat was okay. This team was very kind, very professional, and really helped my girl today.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
