So Dr. Jackson is my pets veterinarian and he is the best. Let me tell you why I gave this place 3 stars. We have several animals that go here and today we visit to take one of our dogs to find out that the pet package for his age jumped from a $250 deposit to $400. I feel like we should have been notified of the steep deposit increase. When I spoke with the front desk representative, I was told that corporate doesn't tell them when there is a price increase. WHATTT! Then I go to look on their website and there are no prices. So to me this seems like a place that could change prices at any given time. I know you may ask, why do I still take my animals and it's because Dr. Jackson is a very good veterinarian. I will be sending an email to their corporate office and maybe if enough of us complain, they will change their ridiculous policy! Otherwise I will have to find another veterinarian.

Hello this was my first time there and when I tell you they are they best they are extremely the best from front desk so welcoming to the nurse to the doctors and to the receptionist to check this out they all were amazing people. I will recommend this to everyone and anyone with any type of pet they make sure that when you leave from there, not just you are satisfied, but that your dog cat whatever animal you’re taking in there it’s comfortable and feeling better. I took my seven month old Yorkie Terrier And when I tell you, they were the sweetest kindest people ever and not only that they’re not there to try to take your money by offering you different things. No they are so great with helping you save money when I tell you I thought I was gonna come out of there spending a whole lot after getting blood work and different injections and buying items they sell and when I tell you, I was shocked with the price overall everything was phenomenal. I can’t be more grateful with how kind and helpful they was to me and my puppy that was suffering really bad from allergies thanks to the staff and to the doctor for taking his time explaining things to me and my husband about our puppy Bentley 💙

I came in as a new client walk-in. Ms. Johana was so kind with scheduling and that hospitality is rare - I really appreciate her patience and help. When I walked in, I knew instantly it was perfect because my pup’s tale was wagging (something that never happens at the vet). The wait was not long at all and everyone was kind. Smokey kissed Courtney, the vet assistant, who came to get him and she was so gently with him. When she bought him back, he was all better. I am so glad I found this vet clinic, I will drive an hour if I have to just them because they were so amazing! Thank you for helping Smokey. He literally was smiling in the car.

The best vet experience I’ve ever had. I was nervous coming in, but Shaniqua was very friendly and immediately put my mind at ease. They explained everything clearly, including costs before any treatment, and made sure I was comfortable with each step.
Dr. Holland was professional, friendly, and informative. He didn’t push unnecessary tests and focused only on what was needed for my cat’s health. He explained everything simply and made it easy to understand, along with clear after-visit guidance.
Tracy at checkout was also very friendly and made the billing process smooth and easy, with clear cost breakdowns and helpful advice.
Overall, the staff were professional, friendly, and informative throughout the entire visit. I will definitely come back.
