  if i could go one i would. my dog got an infection and he’s small and you don’t really know the allergies of small dogs. i wasn’t upset about the skin infection because my dog is fine just rashy and it was an expensive vet visit but the boss was the worst for no reason !!!

  Everyone was so helpful and friendly to me! I have been coming there a long time to have my Dogs groomed and Jazz has always done an excellent job. I love my Petco👍💯

  Worst experience with customer service and pricing I’ve ever had a petco. My dog is 2 years old and I only bring him to petco. This visit the price was higher and was not explained why and they didn’t want to release my dog until I paid. Someone tried to explain things to me but only insisted I call customer service. She didn’t offer any resolutions or apologies. I can only hope that not all their customers get treated as I did.

  I arrived at approximately 9:20 a.m. for my dog’s scheduled 9:30 a.m. grooming appointment. When I dropped my dog off, I was informed that he should be ready within approximately two hours. However, when I returned two hours and fifteen minutes later, I was informed that my dog had not yet been groomed. Due to other scheduled commitments, I made the decision to take my dog home rather than wait any longer. I was then told that my dog had received a bath, for which I was charged. However, as I was waiting for my dog to be brought out, I observed employees spraying a substance on him while quickly trimming his nails. Given that I had been told he had received a bath and that he had not been groomed during the time I was expecting, this situation was extremely concerning and disturbing to me. This experience also raised serious questions about how grooming appointments are prioritized. I had scheduled an early appointment and was under the impression that my dog would be attended to within the estimated two-hour timeframe. I am therefore concerned about why my dog had apparently not been properly attended to by the time I returned. As a pet owner, I expect my dog to be treated with appropriate care, attention, and professionalism while in your facility. The circumstances surrounding this visit did not meet those expectations, and I left feeling very uncomfortable about the way my dog’s grooming appointment was handled. Unfortunately, as a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable entrusting my dog to Petco for grooming services and will not be returning for future appointments. I hope management will take the time to review what occurred and address these concerns so that other customers and their pets do not have a similar experience.
