All of the sales Associates were willing to help. Alisa was the most knowledgeable with the way the new points work. Thanks so much Antionette

I had a great experience at the Evans Petco, specifically thanks to Michael in the reptile department! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions about proper habitats and care of our new snake. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and helpful. Highly recommend seeing him if you need reptile help!

I brought my dog to be groomed and she had one of the first appointments of the day, 3 hours later she still was not done and I was told that her groomer just went outside. And it would be another 45 minutes until my dog was done. I sat there and waited while other pet parents were called and came in to pick up their pets. This is unacceptable and I will never bring my dog back to the Evans location.

I was sitting near for fifteen minutes. Wait until someone to come. I saw another associate ask her if she can help, she says she will call someone over for me. When the lady got over by me instead of her acting. The first one in line, she just took another couple, and I sat there twelve two more minutes

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible workers who tell you when you walk in that they won't take your pet in due to new rules of dog age that some how only exist at this one location. I scheduled with them 4 days ago. Even got a confirmation message. No one called me to tell me this the day before. They will be very inconsiderate to you then act like its not their problem. My dog stepped in poop in the store and the grooming wouldn't take her in. For an appointment I made 4 days ago. That they sent a confirmation on. The manger didn't care nor wanted to help. They said they weren't gonna do anything.
