  Came here for a kittens first vet appointment. They were very friendly, helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and the wait was not long at all.

  Took my pup to be groomed today, I was very disappointed with the turn out.he was suppose to have the 🧸 🐻 face, he was looking more like he had a military, and he was cut to short, when I told them how I wanted him cut.

  I’m just wondering if the store has changed mgt. No one greeted me when I walked in liked they usually do. Also I had to maneuver around a group of associates standing around talking to get to the back of the store. Cashier was friendly and helpful though. I use to shop here all the time but this has been pretty much my experience the last 3 time in this store. Everyone use to be so helpful but not anymore. I hate to say this but I’m going to take my business where it’s appreciated.

  Michael, in aquatics, is extremely rude. My sister and I went in to get tanks and betas, like we normally do on Saturdays because she owns a rescue. However, we politely asked for a different employee, who we did not know was not working. Michael got very rude with us, saying “read the sign, look at the sign, I’m in charge of aquatics.” Okay? We then let him know, very politely, that some of the betas just needed water changes. He snaps at us and says “put them back” and then says “that’ll be done on a set time”. Will it? Your betas look absolutely horrible and Michael seems to be on his high horse. You work at PetCo… you don’t own it… act like it.
