  Maddie (Madison) does an exceptional job with my baby Essex (Brindle Colored Shi Tzuh/Chorkie). He gets a summer cut most of the time because he sheds a lot and it’s always so smooth and fresh smelling. She is very generous with the products and does an amazing job with him. We love her for Essex. I will never not let Maddie groom Our baby! She Amazing! Chelsea did a face/feet/fanny for our baby Enzo he’s a puppy still (Apricot/White Golden Doodle). His coat was much more clean and less stained from his peepee accidents. She did an amazing job on our Doodle. Enzo had an accident upon pickup and she was so kindhearted enough to rewash his bottom and tail plus, blow dry and get him back out in less than ten minutes. She is golden! The Petco Team is great, highly recommend these two ladies to care for your fur-babies. They really care and take their time with our babes. Thanks ladies! SideBar- I love the cute bandanas and bow ties they give out, very cute!

  I give it three stars because my initial impression was not off to a good start. I had entered and the front desk lady tells me my 8 week old kitten i found need a rabbies vaccine or they would not treat him. I said I dont know about that hes kind of little. She continued to say "well they wouldnt treat me then and he'd be fine" I signed it to agee but felt uneasy while waiting so left the room and told her im going to leave because I think hes too young for vaccines right now. She THEN says "well let me just check with the vet real quick" she comes back and says "hes too young for a rabbies vaccine and they can still see me" I had also asked her about a fecal test and how I wasnt able to get one and if they could do one there. She said "no they couldnt id have to bring one in a different time" Well ill tell you when the ACTUAL vet came in she was great and sang a different tune then the front desk lady. She was very helpful and informative. They did the asked me if I wanted to do the fecal there. I dont know why the front desk lady was speaking without knowing anything?? She definitely needed to be updated on their policies and or check with their vet before speaking so confidentiality on things she didnt really know. I almost left completely. Thank you to the vet though she was a sweet heart and took good care of my kitten.
