0 stars!!! Brought my cat in for full physical vaccinations and to be neutered and my cat was there for 7 hours for only DENTAL to be done which I realized as soon as I brought him home. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!

Please do not take your pet to this hospital. It is a gamble. This was not a good Vet that serviced my pup on this day. My dog was clearly having focal seizures but the Vet dismissed it as her being overly aggressive for no reason and recommended that I take her to a behavioral specialist. She completely dismissed everything I was telling her. I don’t remember the Vet’s name but she was a black lady about 6 ft tall with a very deep voice. The staff was also speaking negatively about my dog in the back when they took her back. I heard them and I feel this was VERY unprofessional and unethical. I will not take my dog back to this hospital again. I would also like to add that I took her to Blue Pearl in Sandy Springs and the vet indeed diagnosed her with focal seizures and prescribed her seizure medication and she hasn’t had one since.

Had a 9:30 am appointment for a new pet visit at Camp Creek Banfield Pet Hospital. Discussed with the nurse that I wanted my pet to get vaccinated. She told me they would give her the first set of vaccinations. My pet stayed there all day until 5 pm only to find out they did not give her a vaccination. So it was a whole day wasted.

⭐☆☆☆☆l I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Bailey and his team at Banfield Pet Hospital. I scheduled an appointment and even called ahead to confirm it, only to arrive and be told that my dog could not be seen because their system was down. No one called to notify me beforehand, despite knowing they would be unable to see patients. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time I've been turned away. During my previous appointment, I was told that the doctor had an emergency and appointments had to be canceled. While emergencies and technical issues happen, the repeated lack of communication is unacceptable. The biggest issue is not the circumstances themselves—it's the lack of consideration for clients' time and pets. There was very little remorse shown, no meaningful apology, and no effort made to make the situation right. After taking time out of my day and making arrangements to bring my dog in, being turned away again felt incredibly disrespectful. I understand that unexpected situations arise, but professional communication and basic customer service should not. Unfortunately, after two failed appointments and poor communication, I have lost confidence in this location and cannot recommend it. ⭐☆☆☆☆
