  They butchered my dog's grooming job. I will never take him there again... It took four hours just to bathe my puppy, only for them to give him a horrible, uneven cut. They don't have enough staff for such large stores; they take appointments but lack the personnel to actually handle the dogs. I won't be back, and I don't recommend the place... not to mention the terrible haircut—they left my puppy with no fur on his legs. It looks awful; his legs look like chicken legs.

  Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my dog’s food because Petco advertises that pickup orders are ready in about an hour. I received my confirmation email, sent my boyfriend to pick it up, and suddenly the store says they can’t find the order in their system. The employee even admitted this has happened multiple times because their system is flawed. So if you know your system doesn’t work, why are customers expected to deal with the consequences? I have proof that I paid, yet you still refused to give me the food I already purchased. Your technical issues are not your customers’ responsibility. Stop advertising convenient pickup if your system is so unreliable. This was a complete waste of my time, and now my dog is the one left waiting because Petco can’t get its own ordering system together. And then they ask for a bank transaction implying that I never paid for it . Save your time and energy and just order on Amazon .

  IRRESPONSIBLE! They ruined my dog's coat. I am deeply upset and outraged by the service they provided for my dog: they handed him back to me completely botched, unevenly chopped up, and a total disaster. It is an absolute disgrace that they advertise themselves as professionals when they lack even the slightest care or respect for the animals and the clients who trust them. Such a complete lack of competence is unforgivable. I will never come back, and I honestly urge anyone who cares about their pets to look for any other option.

  Not taking my baby there again. It took over 3 hours because they overbooked and there were only 2 people. I asked the groomer to surprise me with the cut and make my baby look cute. After 2 hours and 20 minutes I walked back in. That’s when I’m being told that they just finished bathing but they can’t cut because they have to get the other dogs first. I had to go to work in a hour and a half and couldn’t stay. Had to get dad out of an appointment he had to pick her up. He send me pictures and my baby looks cleaned up but awfully uneven cut. Why book appointments if you don’t have enough personnel to cover them. Very dissatisfied. Now I need to take her elsewhere to get it done correctly.
