  I take my pet to this location, and I do prefer it over other Banfields. This location can be very hit or miss with answering phones and following through on things, though. I think it really depends on who the front desk person is. Sometimes it’s amazing, sometimes it’s frustrating. To start, I really like Dr. Conner. She’s personable and easy to talk to. She answers all of my questions and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She has a calming presence. When I see her in person with my pet, I feel like she is with me in the moment and truly listens, which is nice because I know Banfield makes their vets see high volumes of pets each day. I had my first experience with Dr. Kopp over the phone, and I would NOT feel comfortable having her work with my pet. She is frazzled, doesn’t stay on topic, more of an alarmist, and generally has an odd bedside manner. She couldn’t really give me any direct answers or recommendations and instead shared all the things that could be wrong - this is not helpful when you’re dealing with a sick pet. I don’t doubt that she has clinical experience and knowledge, but I want a confident and sound vet to work with my pet. She does not carry herself that way.

  My daughter and I just went in and took our 6-month-old kitten to be looked at because she is pregnant and we wanted to make sure that everything is going well with her because this is our first pet cat. Upon arriving, we had Jasmine do our intake information and she was wonderful. Once doctor Kopp came in the visit immediately went left. She was speaking to us as if we didn't know a thing about pets, she talked to me as if I was a young girl and not a grown adult woman. We mentioned how my other daughter's cat is a boy and he is not neutered and that it was gross. Those were her exact words. She basically told us that our concerns could have been answered over the phone and we didn't really need to come in there. She kept over talking me and she made us feel small with the way that she was speaking to us. We will never come to Banfield again because this is the second time that we've had a not good experience. I don't recommend Dr Kopp ever speaks to anyone because she does not know how to communicate when it comes to human beings. She expressed more concern about the other cat that I hadn't even brought in.... She was more worried about him being neutered. Which was irrelevant at the time because we brought in Reese to be checked and not the other cat. The experience was horrible and I will never recommend that facility nor would I ever recommend the Dr. kopp. This was horrible and we didn't get any information that we were asking for.

  First time dog owner so I been very careful about who my baby doctor is . Thank you Dr Conner and Sandy for caring for little Rockie both of you were wonderful with him . For the other staff just wonderful me and my baby were nervous but everyone made us comfortable and I appreciate this. Thank you everyone for being so caring for the parents and are babies. Looking forward to this new journey in life as a new yorkie mom with everyone here. Blessings to everyone here . From Rockie family

  A huge thank you to the wonderful lady at Banfield Pet Hospital today! I came in with my son because he urgently needed to use the restroom after we had just been turned away by Crunch Fitness next door. I explained the situation, and without hesitation, she was incredibly kind and let him use their restroom. It may seem like such a small thing, but as a parent in that moment, it meant a lot. No questions, no hassle — just kindness, compassion, and common sense. We weren't even there as customers, which made her willingness to help even more appreciated. That kind of customer service and genuine kindness says a lot about the people working here. Thank you for being so welcoming and helping us out when we needed it!

  Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I make sure to go out of my way to use this location. I called up to get some monthly flea heartworm and tick medicine and got home to find this on my bag. 🥰 Thank you for taking exceptional care of my babies through the years!
