  Made an in-office appointment online for my pup who was injured and in pain. I didn’t want to risk infection so I made sure to get him in for the soonest available appointment. When I arrived for the appointment at 10am, I was told that I would have to do a drop off visit instead because in office visits aren’t available until after 12 noon. I expressed my booking online and was told it’s best to call and confirm before booking online. I’m like well why is it even available online if that’s not the policy you all abide by? Considering that my pup has high anxiety because he is a formerly abused rescue, I wanted to be sure I was in the room for his visit. The receptionist called another Banfield hospital in Snellville to see their availability. The call was on speaker and oh how I was so surprised by the unprofessional sarcasm of the receptionist on the other end of that phone call. She used expressions like, “So you’re going to send us all your appointments”, and then followed up with, “Send them to Lawrenceville, they have two doctors today”, amongst other inappropriate statements. By the time the lady got off the phone and asked if I would like her to call the one in Lawrenceville, my business was already going elsewhere. I don’t blame the lady who was only doing her job when I arrived. It’s not her fault that Banfield doesn’t seem to follow their own policy. I took my pup to a locally owned Veterinarian instead and it was the best choice I could’ve made for him, as he was met with love and care from the beginning to end of the last minute visit.

  Marvin and Dr. Latchman took such excellent care of my very sick little dog, Bean. I love that Marvin knows both of our dogs so well that he immediately could tell that something was wrong. I appreciate so much that he called in the following days to check on Bean (and me because I was a worried mess). I sure hope that Marvin and Dr. Latchman never leave Banfield! Dr. Latchman has been treating our furry family members since 2009.

  Terrible Experience, my appointment was for 430p, I got there at 411p. At 510p I was told that my dog won't be seen until 545p, I told the lady I will go get my son from daycare and be back in time for 545p, she agreed. At 528, I receive a call from Banfield telling me the staff member I'll informed me about leaving and coming back but told me it was 8 patients before me to be seen but I can't return since I didn't leave my dog (which was not an option given). She said I will have to reschedule my appointment. They were absolutely terrible and a waste of my time!!!!

  Very clean facility with a nice staff and good hours. The fees are reasonable. I would definitely use them again if needed.
