Dr. Lord and his staff give great care. My dog was so sick and he and his staff went out of their way to keep him comfortable and help him get back to his old self. They were great answering all my many questions and made us feel well taken care of!!

Took my SAR GSD for a check up for her heartworm, flea & tick. Horrible experience. He wanted to drug my GSD for a fecal exam. And wouldn't even come in the room with her & I. Definitely would not recommend for large breeds. He was rude and obnoxious with no bedside manner. I guess he's better with small dogs, I however wouldn't trust him with anything.
