  Kay Animal Hospital deserves every bit of praise I can give. After months of taking my dog, Too Short, to Hiram Animal Hospital and spending hundreds of dollars on repeated medications with no real answers, I finally found a place that truly cares about pets and the people who love them. From the moment I walked into Kay Animal Hospital, I felt the difference. Dr. Clay Leathers didn’t just prescribe another round of the same medication. He put my furbaby on a real regimen to figure out what was actually wrong. He took the time to listen, to examine, and to create a plan that made sense. For the first time in months, I felt hope instead of frustration. I also want to give a huge shout‑out to Vet Tech Cage, who went above and beyond. The level of compassion, patience, and genuine care he showed made me feel seen and supported. I wasn’t treated like a dollar sign — I was treated like a person who loves her dog and needed help. The entire staff was friendly, pleasant, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Kay Animal Hospital is truly the best of the best. From this day forward, Too Short’s doctor is Dr. Leathers, and I highly recommend him and the whole team to anyone who wants real care, real answers, and real compassion.   Would give them 10 stars if it allowed. The front office team is incredible and Dr Leathers is kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. All of the vet techs we have had have been amazing. The facility is clean and appointments are readily available. Wish we had found this place sooner! Couldn't recommend more.

  I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the staff at Kay Animal Hospital are. They took wonderful care of my Dog Lennon from when he first came to them until his death last Monday. Dr. Wright and the entire staff treated him like he was their own pet. He could be a handful at times, but they loved him so much. Thank you so much for the love and care you all had shown my Baby Boy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰
