I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the staff at Kay Animal Hospital are. They took wonderful care of my Dog Lennon from when he first came to them until his death last Monday. Dr. Wright and the entire staff treated him like he was their own pet. He could be a handful at times, but they loved him so much. Thank you so much for the love and care you all had shown my Baby Boy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰

Quite honestly with the last few experiences that I had with this clinic before switching (for obvious reasons. Unfortunately, somehow my original review was posted on a different clinic site, which I deeply apologized to them. For this was meant to be posted here for a long while coming.) I would never recommend these people treat your pet my 1st experience had to do with my mom's little dog nikon he got poked in the eye by a stick by running around in the yard. The African American woman who treated him outright said that she wonders where my mom found him due to how poorly treated that dog looked or seemed to look because he ended up having heartworms due to my mom forgetting to get him his heart worm preventative and was just outright rude and judgmentive from the start. My 2nd experience has to do with the bottle baby that I had and I was asking for tips and advice not only did she miss gender her she ignored every question I had and was over an hour late to my appointment because she decided she didn't feel like coming in on time and then the 3rd experience I was judged for giving her and the feral kitten I had rehabilitated at home dewormer the experience is very poor and it doesn't seem like they always have the best interest for your pet at heart. I gave them so many different chances. Due to the long history, they have with my family, but after the original veterinarian, doctor Kay left the practice. It went downhill, the staff and whatever temporary vet they had at the time of me visiting, seems like they couldn't care less about being professional, kind and actually advice. I now take all of my pets to villa rica animal hospital which has never let me down a single time.

I greatly appreciate Kay animal hospital. They have been so helpful in all situations with our pets. The veterinarians and staff are all lovely. Notably, Kay Animal Hospital provides both standard and emergency care. They also have a reasonably priced wellness plan. My dog's most recent visit was a sick visit. It required the Vet's exam, blood work, liver and pancreas panels, and an allergy shot. It was a bit over $400, but I was glad her symptoms were just an allergic reaction to something. Any medical care can be expensive, but, if you need it, you can apply there for the care card which may be approved as a card just for there or as a mastercard. Both are dependent on your credit worthiness I suppose? I am grateful for this business and it's level of animal care.
