  I first took my dog, Rachel, to New Hope Animal Hospital around the end of summer 2024, for a persistent, recurrent UTI that initially started in April 2024. They have diligently worked with us, myself and Rachel, to beat this horrible infection. You can trust them to follow best practices. They will follow up with to give you the results to expensive lab work as soon as possible, and start you on a hopeful road to recovery. I feel like I am in good hands at New Hope AH!

  Easy to set an appointment and when I arrived, I was seen promptly. Although it says animal hospital, they do vet care as well, which is why I was there. Pricing seemed reasonable and I will be using them again. Oh, Google maps took me to the wrong location. Maps took me to Dollar General, the Vet is at the opposite side of the parking lot.

  Me and my mom brought my 10 year old cat that I got from some woods 10 years ago in due to what I thought was a respiratory issue and I was prepared for the worst and scared of how much it was going to cost since I’m not working. Not only was the actual visit less than I thought but they never tried to add a bunch of unnecessary test, nor did they treat me bad for being concerned about money. I have personally worked as a Vet Tech myself years ago in Acworth and I have to say I give them a 100 ❤️ Thank you to staff at front and the very sweet Dr lady (Dr. Jackson) who even gave us some samples to help. We have a new Dr for the other 4 pets Thank you! 🫶🏼

  They were great, honest and up front. Took care of my baby with love and care. They didn’t try to go for my wallet, they were just honest and did what was best for my dog. For a dog with a broken leg, I saw her Playfulness, excited and loving self last night even though we’re in a cast snd healing. Thank you guys so much, we’ll definitely be back! Also I had X-rays from another vet and they wanted some of their own and did what was right and didnt charge me just to make sure everything was okay. Thank you sunny for calling and checking on her, she’s doing great!!! The vet we saw was also phenomenal!! A lot of great things to say!

  My wife and I had to make the hard decision to put down our elderly chihuahua Taco. From the moment I called them on Saturday to see if they could see her for a quality of life check to getting her ashes picked up this afternoon everything has been stellar. It is evident that everyone that works there deeply cares about the animals and the owners that come through their doors. Everything was clearly written out and explained in a way that was easy to understand even through the tears. We never felt rushed even though we didn't have an appointment. I can saw without a doubt that we will be returning for check ups for our cat and any other future dogs we bring into our life. Seeing that they read their reviews I do just want to say thank you for your kindness, explanations, and time that you gave us to say good bye.
