  Absolutely amazing place!!! They were quick, patient, and understanding!!! Very knowledgeable of resources and treatments and would honestly say after many different animal hospitals that did me and my pets wrong this one is very much recommended and I will start coming here for now on.

  My mom helped me find New Hope as my baby Athena had started to decline. They made everything just a little bit easier. And when it was Athena's time to leave us, the staff was so caring and loving and gave us all the time in the world to stay with her as we needed to say goodbye. They didn't know her very long but they were honest and caring the whole time to myself, my husband and my Athena. I could not recommend them more and when it's time for a new family member I will be going to New Hope for sure. Thank you guys for everything you did for us and my baby <3

  The entire staff is very nice and accommodating. The doctor is knowledgeable and has genuine care for your animal. I really like this vet. office and will return again. Highly Recommended!!

  New Hope Animal Hospital has been such a blessing. Almost three years ago my senior Chihuahua/Border Collie mix Timber was having health issues. They diagnosed her with diabetes. I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as lifestyle changes or life expectancy. They gave their best advice and answered my tougher questions. Timber had glucose checks here every six months. She ALWAYS had anxiety at the vet, but they were so gentle with her. Timber exceeded expectations! She lived almost three years with diabetes, 1.5 of those being almost completely blind— yet she still had plenty of life and adventure in her. Things took a rapid decline about six weeks ago and I made the tough decision to put my baby to sleep this week. The staff was simply phenomenal. I’ve never been through this process before; Timber was my very first dog and I had her for 12 years (including all of my adult life). The staff explained everything slowly and with such empathy. I was distraught and struggling. They were also incredibly compassionate and selfless. I was worried about them getting to lunch break, and they were more concerned about me and what I needed (which made me cry harder!). They made this experience, as devastating as it was, the best it could possibly be and better than I personally imagined. It was serene and perfect; it’s what Timber Leigh-Ann deserved. Thank you all so much for your kindness and patience the past few years. What a blessing it’s been! Timber demanded a lot of funds, care, and attention, but we have three other dogs that will be around NHAH soon. <3 We can’t trust another vet like we trust you guys. So much love.
