  Horrible experience. Ordered in Petco app, same day delivery, received someone else’s order. Called the number in the text from delivery that said for help. DoorDash transferred me 4 times, Petco told me had to be DoorDash then back to Petco from DoorDash and the general manager finally sent me to a Petco number where I had to send a picture of the wrong items and after an hour and a half on the phone with multiple people telling the problem multiple times I finally received a refund. Worst customer service ever. I’ll be using Chewy and Amazon from now on.

  Not sure what happens with the A/C on this store but is not working and the animals are bad with this heat. Rats in bad shape.

  I have been dealing with Petco for weeks trying to get a matter solved. If you call corporate you get the main number who have people that you can't understand, who talk of the top of you. Then to make matters worse the general manager of the cumming ga location is not very nice. She is short and gruff and unwilling to help. I was told by the corporate call center I would receive a gift card, that's been days and days ago. I keep calling to figure it out and they just keep escalating it to their "back office team", who apparently don't do their jobs. I can't tell you how many times I have went through this process. Just unacceptable and I have been a loyal customer for years.
