  I had a great experience at Crestview Animal Hospital. This was my first visit, and I brought my cat in for a check-up due to some concerns. Everyone was very kind, and the facility was clean. I really appreciated that they took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, thoroughly discuss all of my options, and were transparent about costs. Dr. Ravi was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the visit. I felt well informed and I’ll definitely be bringing my cat back here in the future!

  Dr. Etheridge has been an incredible help with our rescue dog, Kirby. She has been patient, thoughtful, and truly invested in helping us work through some challenging food and medication issues. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and adjust our approach as needed rather than making us feel rushed. We always felt that she cared not only about our dog's health, but also about his overall well-being and comfort. Her guidance has made a tremendous difference, and we're so grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and support. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about both pets and their families.

  Oh my word where do I start?!! The staff was just wonderful and the groomer for my three pets were outstanding! They are my new vet and groomer!! Thanks to all!!

  My pug Tater had a minor toenail emergency and my husband and I were very pleased with the care he received. Every single staff member we came in contact with was wonderful; calming, complimentary to my first aid skills, and kind to all of us! Thank you Crestview Team! The rest of the Grumble is happy to have Tater home and on the mend.

  We’ve been coming to Crestview for several years. In most recent months we’ve been experiencing several issues with the vet. We’ve been experiencing consistent issues with staff pushing procedures and increased prices. Most recently the communication from their reception team and the medical team has been underwhelming. After being told we would be contacted for an eye drop refill, we had to reach back out after not hearing anything a day later. Then, after being told they would let us know in a couple hours when the refill was ready we never heard anything. We had to call back to them be told the doctor needed to see our dog during a more expensive emergency visit before they would prescribe our dog’s eyedrops again. I would recommend seeking out a different vet in this area as service for this location has really started dropping over recent years.
