  Over the last few months we have had all of our animals have some kind of health crisis, and we could not have made it without the team at Banfield. Alanna has been so kind every time something has gone to crisis and we need to schedule an appointment or have questions answered, she has gone above and beyond to help us in our emergencies. Jackie was so sweet when we were worried about our sweet dog, and bent over backwards to help us navigate the logistics. Maddy's personal experience helped us use the Banfield app to order medications and even how to appropriately dose our cat's food, when everything already felt confusing. Aidan had the most patience and kindness for our cat who was grumpy beyond belief, and helped him get the care he needed! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team, how they work together, and how they truly care for each animal that comes through the door. From the bottom of our heart, thank you thank you thank you!

  I highly recommend Banfield Vet Clinic! I was there on 9/6/26 with my dog for an urgent care visit. Easy to schedule and check in. Very caring staff and vet! Quick check out!

  My dog, Rex, was healthy and doing well before his treatment at Banfield. He was prescribed steroid medication to treat his allergies, and following that treatment, his condition deteriorated severely. I am extremely concerned that the medication or dosage he was given may have contributed to what is happening. Rex is now experiencing continuous bleeding and has had to be taken to the ER. Banfield has told us they are unable to determine what is happening or how to treat him. It is devastating to watch a previously healthy dog become critically ill after receiving treatment. I trusted Banfield with Rex’s care, and instead, we are now dealing with a frightening medical emergency with no clear answers. I am extremely upset and disappointed with the care he received and believe the medication and dosage he was given need to be thoroughly investigated.

  A disappointing experience at the Cumming location! My cats came back home sick from a routine wellness visit. I called in and told the clinic of the issues affecting both cats. i was told the Dr. would call me - she never did. I had to call back the next day only to be told that prescriptions were written however the same medication was not prescribed for both even though they had the same issues! The person who took my call clearly didn't record the correct information and if the Dr. had bothered to call me back and verified the issues my cats would not still be ill and needing additional care. Just CARELESS all around! We will be moving to another Banfield location
