  dropped my dog here recently for a routine check up and nail clip, when i picked her up there was blood trickling down from one of her nails. i expect the workers here to be more careful when cutting nails.

  A scam. First of all, do not sign up for that wellness plan again do not sign up for that wellness plan. You cannot cancel it. You still have to pay it in full, even if your dog dies. Secondly, when you drop your dog off for hours and they come back and tell you that nothing’s wrong with him when something is clearly wrong with him but you’re still paying for the scam of a wellness plan just don’t do it. Don’t Fall for the affordable crap that they try to sell you. Go to a regular private owned vet and pay the extra money. Stay away from corporate vet practices like this one. I promise it will be worth it in the end.

  Extremely disappointed with Banfield in Conyers. I had a 12:30 appointment and called to ask if I could bring my dog earlier. They told me I could drop him off anytime, so I brought him at 11:30. No one told me they would be keeping him ALL DAY. I came back at 2:00 because I hadn’t heard anything and was told he wouldn’t be ready until around 4. Then later they called saying he was ready and I needed to pick him up before 5:30, forcing me to rearrange my plans and have my dad pick him up. Even worse, I specifically asked for Simparica Trio and they did NOT give it to him. Instead, he received a heartworm injection that I did not go in requesting. They say I signed for it, but it was never clearly explained to me that this was being given instead of the Trio I asked for. Now I still have to spend another ~$140 to get his flea and tick coverage. When I called about it, they actually told me I “never asked” for Simparica Trio when I absolutely did. The communication here was terrible from beginning to end. If you’re going to keep someone’s dog all day, SAY THAT beforehand, and clearly explain what medications you’re giving their pet. I will not be bringing my dog back here.

  I was highly satisfied with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital because the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring toward my pet. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations for my pet’s care. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the entire process was smooth and organized. I felt that my pet was treated with patience and compassion, and I appreciated how attentive the team was throughout the visit.
