- TBTonya BratcherJun 19, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the Conyers, GA Banfield location. I have been a Banfield customer for 12 years and have visited multiple locations, the worst customer service experience I have had was this location during a phone interaction. When working in a veterinary setting, customer service and compassion for pets should be the foundation of the role. Unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in this interaction. Both Melissa and Sam are Rude, Dismissive and Disrespectful and Do not have a bit of care for animals! I have complained to BanfieldCares about the same employee Melissa back in 2023. Take your fur babies elsewhere if you want proper treatment. The Vets are great but the crap that you have to go through to even get an appointment or the appropriate help is diabolical! I am sharing this so other pet owners are aware of the level of service at this location.

I would recommend them to others.

(which It was not)I had already went to her regular vet two times and she said it could be her tooth needed to be pulled. So when i went to Banfield location he told me it was her tooth and he needed to pull out 5 teeth. He told me it would be about. 2.300. So I went back to my vet and she pulled out 4 teeth and gave me pain medication for 168 dollars. Be careful about where you take your animals you will pay alot more then you need to pay.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
