  I’m done shopping here, I’ve been shorted too many times. I’ve called in the past about this issue. I was told to ask employees to count the worms if I felt the container was short. I tried that once or twice, but realistically, it’s difficult to get someone to count 100 worms in-store. Now, once again, I purchased your super worms, and although the container was sealed with plastic wrap, there are maybe 8 worms inside when I paid for 50. It’s disappointing that a company with such a big name continues to short its customers like this.

  Jordan and Trevor are the BEST. Their knowledge is deeper than surface level and they really help you figure out issues with your fish.

  I had such a great experience at Petco! The store was incredibly clean and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. Everything was organized, fully stocked, and easy to find, which made shopping so much more enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer questions, offer advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their customers. Overall, it’s such a positive, stress-free place to shop for pet supplies. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean store and amazing customer service!

  This was my first time shopping in a Petco store. My experience was great. The staff associate helped me with answers to my questions. Not just that associate, but all the ones I encountered we're very kind and knowledgeable. Personally, I do most of my shopping online such as Amazon. However, I would highly recommend going to the physical store when looking to purchase specific items for your pet. I won't hesitate to return in the future if the need arises.

  My first time ever coming to this store to have my yorkie groomed. And the experience I had was absolutely incredible. I was a little nervous and hesitant at first and wasn’t really sure I wanted to do this but the GM Benjamin reassured me that my baby was in good hands. To help ease my nerves Benjamin offered to send me pictures of the process to make sure I was going to be okay with the cut. Crystal and Samantha in the grooming department did a fantastic job on my boy. My boy will definitely be back for his routine groomings. Thank you Benjamin, Crystal & Samantha for a job well done.
