  It was amazing. I found items a great prices. Some wet food for my Yorkie. And customer service was excellent!!!

  I was yesterday in this petco in Columbus ga to get my Yorkie grooming and from $58 booking price through the website, I ended paying $81 They charged me $5.99 for materiales and $10 for brushing, scissors and shave. First, the advertisement doesn’t discriminate any of these charges. Second: what am I paying with the booking? This is totally a false advertisement, a ripoff, the consumers don’t have any other option but pay whatever they charge to you because they have your pet until you pay.   I WISH I could rate a -0 this is the worst experience EVER these incompetent, inexperienced so called groomers shaved my dog to bare bones stating that he was matted. Funny enough he was matted only on parts of the body but not ears or head??? When asked to see pics if hair they couldn't show me. When speaking with them on the phone they said his back legs and but was matted. Then was told that they had to shave it down for a more uniform cut When dropped off was told that he would still have a little fluff but was matted. Was he really matted or not was my question and where? The answer changed every time. I feel as if this was a money grab. Was told $71 then upcharged to $107 due to supposedly being matted. Talk to the manager otp who also stated that he was matted on parts of his body, then when I told her that someone else said on his legs she said that they had to get a uniform cut. They left long pieces of hair on his nose. I feel like they messed up on the cut and just shaved him. For a matted dog he was still able to have a fluffy head. This is bad business and horrible. If his usual groomer would have not been out sick I would have went there. Big mistake on my part. I will spread this to EVERYONE I know, post on social media, and anywhere else I can to let people know! PETCO IS HORRIBLE!!!!

  Jordan in the fish department is great! Always helpful and in a good mood. Unfortunately I have been in the store a lot because we bought a Placko that had ick and it infected my 40 gallon tank. Treatment stressed out and killed all my mollies and smaller fish and killed my fire claw crab shrimp and snails. My kids were devastated and I’m out a couple hundred bucks between Fish and treatments and having to recycle my tank
