  Found a nice, sturdy, large litter box in the store. I was hesitant at first because I know these brick and mortar stores are expensive, but to my surprise, the litter box was affordable (less than $20). Great price for such a large litter box.

  Petco's groomer- EMMY I can’t recommend this groomer enough! She did an amazing job styling our Boykin Spaniel—she has never looked better; and spaniels can be tricky. What impressed me even more was the way she handled her. Our dog can be very anxious and nervous, but Emmy was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind with her, helping her feel comfortable throughout the entire grooming process. It’s obvious that Emmy truly loves and understands dogs, and that made all the difference. I am so grateful for the wonderful care she gave Charlie, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a talented groomer who treats your pets like her own, I highly recommend Emmy! - Brooke and Charlie Grace 🩵

  I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding my dog's recent grooming appointment. We recently moved and now drive 55 minutes to this location, as it was the only Petco with availability for the "VIP treatment"—a service necessary for my anxious dog to avoid kennel confinement. Upon arrival, I was informed that the VIP treatment was not attached to my booking and that they did not have time for it. I offered to hold my dog until they were ready for her, which they agreed to, but I was still required to pay the full VIP fee. Furthermore, after our long drive, I had to wait an additional hour for her service to begin. While the entire situation was a scheduling error on Petco's part, the front desk staff did not apologize for the inconvenience. However, the groomer who worked with my dog was wonderful and did apologize. Unfortunately, due to the overall lack of consideration for both my time and my dog's well-being, I will not be returning.

  So I have been waiting for an excuse to buy me a new friend, in this case a bearded dragon, as mine was taken from me in a divorce. I went in with intentions to only spend a certain amount, both style bearded dragons were on sale but the enclosures and start up kids were not. To say I was helped is a understatement! JORDAN WAS THE MAN! I could already tell that he was a good guy the way he didn't time with the previous customer in aquatics where that I believe is his section. When I say he was knowledgeable about other animals I really mean that to a T. He was like Google for me, the cage enclosure i picked was one of those all in one deals except it didn't come with a UAV bulb or fixture. Jordan helped me download the app and put the online sale items in my cart to be able to help me budget Everthing out. If you ever really want the most bang for your buck do your home work and go see the man JORDAN, HE HAS CURLY HAIR COUPLE PIERCINGS, BUT HE IS THE MAN! PETCO YOU HAVE A EMPLOYEE THAT LOVES HIS JOB AND IS A PEOPLE PERSON. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE LOL
