    I will never come back to this location. This is the 2nd time this location has left a bad taste in my mouth. The unprofessional and condescending employees at this specific location needs sensitivity training asap. I articulated SEVERAL TIMES that I recently had a stroke and I need a plan of care on paper because my ability to retain verbal instructions is difficult at this time. the front desks, the techs, and the doctor dismissed my questions and utterly didn’t comprehend anything I asked for. I was given prescriptions before I was told what the problem was. I was rushed and felt unseen. I gave a slightly delayed sleech and it seems as though the staff was more focused on getting out that solving my problems.

    I am leaving 5 stars solely for Dr. Edwards, the vet tech Nicole, and Parker. I have had questionable customer service from other employees at this location, but Dr. Edwards and Nicole are so amazing I will bring my baby wherever they are, even if they move locations. Again, others at this location are extremely rude and love to blame the customer for their mistakes, but Dr. Edwards and Nicole are the best and have earned my family’s loyalty. If they change companies/locations, so will we. Thank you Dr. Edwards and Nicole for being so good at what you do.

    I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! The receptionists were incredibly pleasant and welcoming the moment I walked through the door. The entire team were so loving with my cat, it made me happy. A special shoutout to Parker and Kiara, who were both incredibly helpful and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough

    Our male cat, Vaska, had his front upper incisor protruding out of his mouth on a Sunday morning. Immediately, I called Chamblee Banfield and was told to bring him in. Parker greeted me understandingly and said Dr. Benimana would take care of him. I picked up Vaska in the afternoon with well explained instructions on the antibiotics, other meds, as well as soft food for a while. A week later we brought Vaska back for a check up and all was well ! Thank you for the excellent care and timely service, bruce

    I came here yesterday and everyone was so unbelievably sweet! It was my first time at a Vet. I recently took in a stray cat so they were all so helpful and informative and made the process so much easier for me and my new cat. Thank you everyone for your kindness and knowledge!!
