After reading the details online for a wellness care plan that included kore vaccinations, blood work and other things to be every month, instead of having one big Beal, so I did this online as you're required to you before you can make an appointment, then I set my appointment took my dog down in and they did nothing for her. Said that she needed adult blood work like I had paid for a puppy's blood work or a puppy wellness plan. They said she was also behind on her Rabies vaccination. But they didn't offer any of these core vaccinations to her either. So the doctor wouldn't even look at my dog. Until I brought a $413 to the in the invoice they sent me with. I called a couple times left messages to try to get my refund before that wellness.Plan that doesn't exist
