  My son took our cat in a few weeks ago. Our cat was stumbling around and didn't want to be touched. The staff was not kind to my son, but the vet assured us that it was just an ear infection. A week and a half later, I take him back in because he doesn't seem to be getting much better. He is seen by a different vet who examines him and changes up his meds to clear the ear infection. My cat still is not getting better like he should. Monday, at 8:30pm, I go in to check on him, and he is hardly moving. I call the vet and speak with Jill. She tells me that she will not speak with the vet about my cat because they close at 9. I remind her that my cat has been seen twice by the vet about the same issue and that I would like to bring the cat in. I tell her that I think my cat is dying, and she says, "you should be spending his last moments with him instead of trying to bring him in. The doctor will not see him because we close at 9." I tell her that I have been a client of the practice since 1999, and I can be there before they close. She refuses to let me speak with any one else. I take my cat to the emergency vet, and they look at him right away. They notice that there is a terribly infected pucture wound that has been festering for some time. They treated him, and he is finally feeling better. If the first vet had caught the problem, it would have been a $250 vet bill. Now, I have spent over $1000. I would like to think that if I could have spoken with the vet that they would have treated my cat, but we will never know. Carroll County Animal Hospital, you have lost a long time customer because you allow your office staff to be mean to the customers. Jill, you are the reason that I will not be back.

  Always has been great previously. However now I made an appointment for annual exam/wellness check and put in the notes the my dog was having urinary issues. They tell me the doctor will not do any tests or anything beyond vaccines. That is a vaccine clinic not a annual exam. Turn your clinic into a vaccine clinic and don't advertise as a full service veterinary clinic if you do not want to treat animals.

  My daughter's puppy ate a large piece of brownie and they told me what to do over the phone to save her life. I will definitely be using this vet for all of her shots and checkups. I cant thank you enough

  I recently just took my Great Dane to this location and at first I was a little bit wary. But I heard a lot of great things about it. So I just trusted. And man I'm glad I did. They gave my Great Dane ate antibiotic because he had a skin infection that was pretty serious. It went through his neck and in his paws. His paws was swollen up and red. They gave me two antibiotics to give him every 24 hours as well as a steroid. And within the first dose after a couple of hours I seen improvement. And when I tell you I seen improvement my dog was really sick. He's 6 years old and I've been with him since he was 2 weeks. He's the best thing that ever happened to me. And I'm so grateful that I took him there. That will now remain my veterinarian hospital as long as I'm in Temple Georgia.

  Biggest waste of time. Do not recommend. Poor communication by the front desk. Won’t work with your animal unless you bring paperwork, but will not tell you that in advance. They wait until after you’ve waited an hour and a half. Feels like they’re just grasping at making money even when it’s not in the best interest of your pet, their heart is not in the right place.
