- JJJohn2 days ago1.0Wasted so many months of subscription to pay this provider. Regret having an account with Banfield. What do you mean my GSD was a bad boy? Are you going to sue my dog and take him to court because he was a bad boy?
- JJjoshOct 13, 20261.0I took my cat here to get fixed. It just had a full physical with blood work completed one week prior. Kitten was given a clean bill of health. Now all of the sudden I get a call from the tech telling me my kitten has abnormal liver levels and going to keep it overnight. I told this tech pack up my kitten because it is going to another hospital immediately. I get an invoice with a zero charge balance. Stone faces from the staff and silence. Paid the next hospital for a full physical and blood work AGAIN. Got another clean bill of health AGAIN. Had all vaccines and procedures done at another hospital. Fast forward MONTHS LATER. I get the Banfield collection agency wanting money. They WILL NOT provide an invoice for what they are collecting. I have a $0 deferred charges invoice, and invoices from the other hospital backing everything up.

- AKAmelia KetringJun 20, 20262.0I was told my dog would be done around 2:30 after bringing him in at 11:30, i called at 2:30 and they told me he was being seen by a doctor and it should not be too much longer. So i headed over there at 3:30, still no call and waited another 2 and a half hours and he still was not done. it has never taken this long at another vet. i’m disappointed with the situation.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
