I can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic and the incredible care they provided for my dog during a bout of pancreatitis. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was compassionate, attentive, and took the time to explain everything, which gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful situation. They treated my dog as if they were their own, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made all the difference. Thanks to their excellent care, my dog is on the road to recovery, and I’m incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both their patients and their families. Thank you for everything you do!

I’ve been a client for over 20 years (through multiple office locations and clinic names) I am deeply disappointed by how much this clinic has gone downhill. The care used to be excellent, but it now feels entirely profit-driven rather than the consumer focus of years past. The prices have skyrocketed to an unreasonable degree - 5,000% markup on some meds. Worse, they make it incredibly difficult to obtain prescriptions to fill elsewhere. They employ aggressive gatekeeping tactics unless you are willing to pay their massive, highly inflated in-house medication markups. Between the sudden decline in service quality and the extreme price gouging, I can no longer trust this clinic with my pet's care. I will be taking my business to a veterinarian who prioritizes pet welfare over predatory pricing.

My 13-year-old senior dog needs gabapentin twice a day because he is in pain with kidney issues. I was trying to get a refill and they said I had to come in again to get all this blood work done which of course costs a fortune. We sat in there waiting what felt like an hour in the room. And finally I walked out and asked the front desk if somebody was coming in. They seem surprised saying oh nobody has come in there yet? So then they finally let somebody know that I am in there waiting to come check him out, but what a waste of time sitting there with no one realizing I was waiting. Makes no sense when I had a scheduled appointment! I don’t live near this vet so it’s not convenient at all for me to pick up the meds there as I did before and way overpriced. So I got my prescription for his meds sent to Kroger since it’s right next to our house and saved time and money. I have been back-and-forth with the vet for a week now trying to get a refill on his prescription. With Kroger, there’s an easy text system where they ask if you want a refill and you say yes and then you go pick it up. So we went to pick it up and there were no refills on it so they didn’t actually fill it. I called the vet and they said I have to drive all the way back to the vet to get a NEW handwritten prescription for his same Rx to then drive it to the pharmacy and physically hand them the piece of paper. We Argued this for a few days and the vet emailed me a prescription which I brought to Kroger and again they said they can’t fill it like that. Kroger says that the vet can simply call them to refill the prescription either over the phone or send it directly to their pharmacy system. I called the vet and I’m put on hold immediately for five minutes and then sent to voicemail. When they finally called me back, I had left Kroger and again the vet is telling me that they won’t do that, they will not pick up the phone to call it in for a refill to Kroger (where I have been picking this up for months). It is so frustrating that I would have to drive over 30 minutes back down to the vet to pick up a piece of paper when I have it in an email, and all they need to do is call it in for a refill!

While you may feel my review doesn’t reflect the entirety of our interactions, it accurately reflects my experience as a client. Being frustrated over the care of my pet does not change the fact that I experienced excessive hold times, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. At no point was I trying to make your staff feel unsafe—I was advocating for my dog’s well-being after feeling ignored and dismissed. Rather than focusing on my tone, I encourage you to address the concerns that led to this experience so future clients don’t encounter the same issues. I stand by my review. Foul language was never used to any staff. Its disappointing that instead of taking accountability for the issues I raised, you’ve chosen to focus on my reaction after repeated frustration. Clients are entitled to express concern when they feel their pet’s care is being mishandled. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I hope future efforts are directed toward improving communication and customer service rather than discrediting dissatisfied clients.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Very unprofessional staff and phone call attendant and nurse. When you are trying to express a concern with your pet, being on hold for 10 minutes is highly unacceptable. If you guys don’t have the staff or availability to answer the phone or be attentive to clients then you guys should either 1close down or 2 make more earnings to hire more attentive staff. The nurse hung up in my face, wouldn’t let me speak and is very rude. Me and my fur baby will never go here again! As a business owner, this is not the way you conduct or run a business. Me and my dog will be switching vets expeditiously. EDIT** I appreciate the response, but it’s disappointing that instead of taking accountability for the issues I raised, you’ve chosen to focus on my reaction after repeated frustration.
