  I’ve come to this Banfield several times with multiple pets and they are always late. Not 5-15 mins late but 30 mins +. My appt today was at 11:30 and as of 12:00 no one has come it. This is ALWAYS the case. Weekdays or the weekend. I’m not sure if they are constantly overbooking or there is bad time management going on but they HAVE to get better. I kept giving them chances bc they aren’t too far from my home, however I do believe this will be my last appt with them.

  The black girl with the bug eyes sitting at the front desk has a nasty attitude. When I ask a simple question don't mumble and ignore me, just assist. I would never ever trust my pets with the like and neither should anyone else. There's a reason they are tucked alllllll the way in the back and there are so many negative reviews.

  Ever since my dog was diagnosed as having multiple health issues I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor follow-up concerning his care. This last visit was even worse because I took him in for what should have been a simple extraction due to constipation but instead, in my desperate and emotional position to make him comfortable, I was convinced to undergo additional testing only to have him pass away not even 48 hours later. They offer no additional information or treatment that would prolong his life or at least make him comfortable except to recommend a 24 hour pain relief shot and medication to last 4 additional days. He died within hours of taking the medication. Had I been informed upfront that he was closer to death I would have saved my self the financial burden of letting them run more test. All I received after the test was a recap of previous diagnosis and there was no evidence that bloodwork was actually completed... no shaving of his fur or bandage.... NOTHING I feel I was taken advantage of during a time I was the most vulnerable and desperate to make him as comfortable as possible until the unthinkable day happened. I this is the second dog I entrusted Banfield to care for... I kept all of their regular scheduled appointments and spent thousands of dollars to keep them healthy and safe on to have BOTH dogs pass away quickly with health issues that were not not detected until a few months prior to their deaths. This experience confirms for me that Banfield was not a good place to care for my dogs and I do not recommend them to anyone that deeply loves their pets as much as I did mine.
