- BHBlanche HowardOct 15, 20265.0We've used the Banfield pet hospital for all of our pets since 1993 and would not go anywhere else.
- RRRacquel RodriguezSep 25, 20261.0I made a first initial appointment for my puppy to get vaccinated and all the prevention care. After I made the appointment and rearrange my work schedule, she calls me and says that the doctor was not gonna be available that the doctor had to leave early and to reschedule my appointment. I reschedule my appointment again for the second time and behold she calls me and says the doctor is not gonna be available in for in to cancel my appointment. So needless to say, we never got to go in there and even experience care because both of my appointments were canceled so please do not make any appointments online and also the receptionist was not nice and she was not apologetic and available.
- BCBridget CurrySep 16, 20265.0Love everyone there
- KKKevin KellyJun 21, 20261.0I was terrible disappointed they were supposed to be open on Saturday and there were not and the nearest bandfield is 60 plus miles away I hate to give bad reviews but because of this this location gets a 1 star
- DODonna OvereemJun 5, 20261.0Do not do a wellness plan. When you loose your beloved fur baby they still want money for the year. We also were told we would have out girl back from cremation in a week and it took 3 weeks.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
