i would give zero stars if I could
they let us set an appointment for 5:55pm
and when it took me 3 minutes to wrangle my wiggly pittie inside they claimed they closed at 6pm and jts too late , wasn't even 6pm at this point .
I asked to speak to a supervisor and sat there almost 20 minutes when they sent a VET TECH not a supervisor or the coward vet nooo.... they sent a vet TECH to tell me it was too late .
i think they discriminate against bully breeds and
I watched the vet walk out of a room with a little yappy dog exiting and it was clear who got preferential treatment
I should have Never gone back here. last year they lied and said my cat had a UTI when and tried to give me tons of expensive medicine. I was suspicious and said no
2 days later another vet confirmed this was false.
waste of time and money.
I will be contacting Better Business Bureau over their shady business practices.
RUDE unprofessional and were reluctant to tell me the name of the clinic supervisor.
Oh her names is Julie...
"Um ok Julie what?"
"um Delgado...."
just bizarre and not forthcoming....

Definitely over priced , my fur baby was in pain after paying $500 all they care about is money and not actually making sure the animals are cared for . Was given meds and sent home that did not work. I would recommend other vets

I came to Vetco as a last minute appointment for my dog that was showing symptoms of not wanting to eat, drink water and had some stomachs issues. They were friendly and were able to provide me with 2 different treatment plans on different budgets while still prioritizing the health of my dog. This was great because this made the surprise visit a bit more affordable and not as stressful. I truly recommend them! Thank you!

We’ve had a great experience so far! My mini-schnauzer Wolfgang, “Wolfie”, is the least stressed here due to the caring staff and vets. Thank you!!

I love to be able to write positive things about Black women doing amazing things whenever I can, but this won’t be that post. I want to talk to you about the fact that Dr. McCracken and Jada saved my poor cats life! Without boring you, my cat, Kreole had to get neutered. Unfortunately, they have to stay sequestered for 10 days while they are healing, as I have another cat. I suppose he couldn’t take it anymore and decided to break out of my second floor bedroom window I left open for him to be able to get some air through. He came back the next morning limping and he just seemed different . Sleeping a lot, not eating, etc. I took him to another well known vet here in Atlanta. They had me wait for an hour with him and told me they’d call me when it was time to pick him up. Four hours later they called and as I was picking him up, they told me absolutely nothing was wrong with him. Said he wasn’t limping and he was probably just in shock. As soon as I got him home and took him out the carrier he limped over to the couch and went to sleep. This didn’t sit right with me so I contacted them again and they told me I could come in in a few days but it would be another fee. They also gave him some type of antibiotic that I paid for to prevent infections. Two days later, one side of his face swelled up to the size of a golf ball and had something oozing out of it and I could tell it hurt him to walk. I imma took him the next morning to Vetco and I’m SO happy I did. The receptionist was lovely, actually the three times I’ve been there the two women have been wonderful (one has blonde hair and the other has beautiful locs). I’m freaking out a bit because I just want him to be okay, and he’s not okay. They immediately get me back to a waiting room and the delightful Jada gets a run down of everything that’s going on with him. She takes him away for a few and the awesome Dr. McCracken enters to let me know Kreole has a blood infection as well as the fact that the pads on his paws are coming off (not good). They prescribe him some antibiotic and another medication for his pain and instructed me on what to do with the medication for his paws. They were so kind and gracious. I want to say the other lovely woman in there was Ms. Ann (ugh, I don’t think that’s right) she allowed me to take videos and walk me through how I needed to take care of him at home. They also shaved of some of the hair on his face because he rubbed off a lot of it due to the puncture wounds that was causing discharge from his face. We set up a time for me to come back the following week so they could see his progress. I made sure I stuck by everything as best I could so he could feel better. I saw a change in him almost immediately! When I brought him back in yesterday, they couldn’t believe how he turned around because they thought it was going to be a long road and he’s back to being his cute, fun, (loud) self. These women literally brought my cat back to life in front of my eyes and I couldn’t thank them enough. They are so amazing Dr. McCracken saw how much he progressed and refunded me for the second batch of medication he didn’t have to take because he recovered so quick. I cried and I cried. PLEASE go see these women if your fur baby means anything to you. You will not regret it. They saved my little one’s life and I don’t take that lightly. Thank you, ladies! Oh, and Happy Anniversary, Dr. McCracken!!!!!
