  Something is wrong here. The manager and the assistant guy seems like they were miserable and looking to just make a person's day bad even though someone is coming to help a pet. Drove an hour through traffic rushing from my kids school because they spoke to me, gave me prices over the phone, and set my appointment. The point of calling was to assure that the information was correct before wasting my time and missing out on other alternatives. The smirk on the managers face while lying to me about what was discussed lets me know that she gets an enjoyment out of playing with people and probably does it often. She is the one who called me back before I came and asked me to arrive 30mins earlier while confirming that I was coming for an xray. They had a list ready for upsell charges that was never mentioned over the phone and they did not do my dogs exam. They barely looked at my dog and even seemed distant in the room.

  Been here a few times for vaccines and it was always a 3 or 4 star time. Good price but the rooms are bare and sometimes lines even with an appointment. Petco is expensive for most food and supplies, too. Stopped into Vetco today for 3rd round of puppy vaccines and the Techs named Tara and David were fabulous. Very kind and loving with my pup. Good energy. It all just makes me feel better getting any kind of care when the employee really seems to like the work and working with dogs. 5 stars for Tara and David!

  Very disappointed with my experience at Vetco. I drove over an hour for my dog’s appointment during a thunderstorm that caused major traffic delays. I even called ahead to let them know I was running late and was told that as long as I arrived within 30 minutes, my dog would still be seen. When I arrived just eight minutes beyond the clinic’s grace period, I was turned away. I was then told the information I received came from corporate customer service and didn’t apply to this location. There was no flexibility or consideration despite the weather and my effort to communicate in advance. Now I’ve wasted hours driving and have to make the trip all over again. The lack of communication between corporate and the clinic, along with the lack of empathy, made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service.
