  Superb customer service! Everyone that helped me find many various pet supplies and needs were very accommodating and knowledgeable and not to mention very friendly. Thank you for making this such a positive experience shopping in this store!

  June 13,2025 Vetco Total Care 1267 Caroline St NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 From the very beginning I had a positive experience ! They took care of Waffles (maltipoo) as a walk in. Possible ear infection. My baby had been scratching ,crying and whimpering the following evening and night. My anxiety was very high as we sat in the waiting room.We were nicely greeted by each employee as they arrived to work. *Brandon was the receptionist he arrived on time and was very professional. He kept me updated on possible wait times. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon and fast we were seen. The Vets assistant I believe her name was *JADE was professional and sweet. She didn't rush us and took her time explaining what to expect during the visit and cost estimates. * Dr McCracken took EXCELLENT care of Waffles. She was PROFESSIONAL,very nice and polite. She explained in detail what all was done to diagnose his ear infection and what treatment she recommended. The visit was a little expensive. Thankfully I was able to get a discount using my pet insurance.

  I go to this store 2-3 times a week between my cats, fish, and birds. My experiences with everyone has been nothing but positive. They always have what I need, and very often on sale. The staff are very kind, especially if you want recommendations or advice. And if a product is at a lower price on the Petco website then they will price match in-store. The vet clinic is also A+ and has taken great care of my 3yo and 17yo cats

  love this petco! they always have exactly what I need and I haven't had any problems with the animals or products that I've bought over the years. I will say sometimes the employees don't know everything (who does ) but that's why it's important to make sure you do your own research before buying any animals or animal related things.
