  Terrible service when it comes to the Vetco side of this location. Their scale has been broken since at least the middle of last week, and I was told it may not be fixed for another week. Because their equipment is unavailable, I took my dog to another Petco location to have her weighed, where a team lead verified her weight. Despite this, Vetco at this location refuses to accept the verified weight from the other Petco and is insisting that my dog must be weighed at their location—even though their own scale is broken. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I understand having policies and procedures, but when your own equipment is out of service for an extended period of time, there should be a reasonable alternative for customers instead of making the situation their problem.

  The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Oli in the aquarium section is especially helpful with service and advice about my aquariums. The store always has what I need.

  I love this location but that Stylist Selena is VERY RUDE I wouldnt dare book with her.. Her frontend customer service is very rude on asking any related question… she stated that my pet needed Additional vaccines I asked can she write them down for me please she stated oh just say this when you call your client,I asked again can you write them down for me please as she’s writing them I asked her name twice is SELENAAA oh ok Selena I will make sure I want book with you…
