  I had an issue with the grooming service that was very quickly resolved, I appreciated the response from the team and the manager Jo was very nice.

  Staff are super nice and love when my pup comes by with me, and the trainer at this store is fantastic. The only thing that isn't great is their selection of the refrigerated foods they actually have in stock. Very rare that they have those things stocked, or you may have to check the expiry dates closely even if they are.

  I made an appointment for my granddaughter’s dog to be groomed today. I got the dog here at 10 AM. It’s now five hours later. It’s now 3 o’clock, and the dog is still not ready. We’ll never come back here again ever.

  I had a wonderful experience at Petco! As first-time dog owners, we were having a hard time finding the right food for our puppy. The manager was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the best option for our puppy. Later, we had to return the food because our puppy didn’t like it, and the staff was just as friendly and understanding. They helped us explore other options and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They also recommended bringing our puppy to the Petco location in Kennesaw or Sandy Springs for her vaccinations and wellness checkups, which was very helpful. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience. The store is very clean, well-organized, and has a great variety of products. The customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this Petco location!
