I went here last night to buy a bag of Natural Balance dog food. I got home, opened the bag and a moth was climbing up the side of it. I immediately sealed the bag with package tape and put it in a trash bag to return it. What’s unfortunate is that I bought a bag of Purina last year from this same store before I brought home my new puppy. I ended up having to bring in pest control to my home and throw out an entire pantry of food due to a moth infestation. Both times, I was able to return the food with no issue. But what is devastating as that nothing was done after last year’s return. But last year, I was told it was the manufacturer. Also, I recently saw moths flying around the store. So I think this reaches beyond the manufacturer at this point and I will not be buying food from there any longer.

I had a great visit and booked a pet grooming appointment for my fur baby! I can’t wait to go back and visit with the friendly and professional staff. Everybody was awesome from the front door all the way through my visit to the groomers and on the aisles as I searched for calming treats for Sir Prince Charles. I love when a visit that’s meant to be easy and hassle free is exactly that!
