- RRRachael ReneeOct 6, 20261.0I am not sure what is going on with this location now, but I'm done. They either got rid of all the good staff or they quit.... And now the people there seem like they GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to make everything difficult and not assist you. Anytime I booked an appointment online for an in room visit, it's been fine until the staff change. Now I am being told there are no in room visits until afternoon time. It’s drop-offs in the morning only. They do not guarantee any pick up times. The last time I was in which was a month ago, I had to tell the front desk that I booked an appointment for an in room visit.... Then I was told that the doctor was not going to be in until around 9 AM. Is this why they do not allow in room visits in the mornings or they switch your appointment without letting you know to a drop off? I confirmed with the Midtown location that Midtown does in room appointments in the mornings. However, someone from this location is telling me that there are no in room appointments during the morning. I am just extremely over this and will not be coming back here. I am not sure who the manager is, or what is going on with this location, but it is terrible already and they need to make some changes with their customer service and their staff.

Because it sounds good? Home delivery of medicine to dog, ”takes a few days” they said. Four days later it can take up to two weeks. Why didn’t they say so from the beginning?

They take such good care of him and I trust that they will treat him with the same love I would. Pickles loves it here as well, mostly bc of all the attention he gets. He loves being the center of attention. They have an amazing health care plan that includes the comprehensive exam and dental cleaning as well at just $65 a month. They have multiple plans depending on your pets needs. The part that I enjoy the most is when they call me to remind me that is time to make his appointments, I tend to forget sometimes. It’s connected to a Pet Smart so it’s also convenient to pick up items Pickles might need and buy him a toy after each of his appointments. I highly recommend this pet hospital for any pet owner. Your pet will be in magnificent hands. 🐶

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
