    Do not recommend taking your fur baby here by any means, I should have looked at alternative options. Her current vet (Chewy Vet Care) was booked up, but she had an eye issue that needed attention asap so I scheduled an in-room appointment here. A big draw for me was the name recognition and I almost took her here once before, so I had a coupon for a free exam emailed to me to use. I called them to find out which email to send vet records and the coupon to - which I was then put on hold for 10+ min… if I’m gonna be on hold that long it takes maybe 30 seconds to take me off hold and inform me you’re “locked out of the computer or email”… to me that would be common sense for customer service. I called back and was quickly told “I haven’t forgot about you!”. How would I have known? After settling the email, an hour or two later I got a call to see if we can take her in any earlier than her scheduled appointment which was 12:30pm… there was a surgery that had to be done supposedly on another patient. I said “yes we can leave now and be there in 15 min”. We got there about 11:45am and were told to drop her off and she’ should be ready by 5-5:30pm! My dog has bad anxiety in new places, so she wasn’t properly medicated for this long stay, but we had no other option but to leave her there to get proper care. After this less than satisfying visit, I can only compare Banfield to McDonald’s with the always broken ice cream machine. Go to somewhere else where they care more about your pet and time. My only reason for more than one star is because they did prescribe something for her eye issue, which to me is the bare minimum expectation of a ‘pet hospital’.

    Called ahead to specifically ask if I could get flea/tick medicine since i was out at home. I have taken my pet to another Banfield location but not this one. Was told it wasn’t a problem and preventative care could be picked up. (Especially since they had all my records) Show up only be told because I hadn’t brought my dog to THIS location, despite everything being up to date at the other banfield. I would need to have a full vet visit before they would let me buy flea/tick pills. 100% money grab to pay for a full visit when I was looking for something I can buy online and was just trying to keep my records at the vet clinic up to date. I will be finding a new place for my pet. Its all money and no care for the animal

    I had a very disappointing experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. The staff came across as extremely rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation even worse. There was a clear lack of professionalism in how things were handled, from communication to overall customer service. Instead of feeling reassured about my pet’s care, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I honestly expected much better from a place that’s supposed to prioritize the well-being of animals and their owners. I wish I can give 0 stars.

    If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 p.m. and arrived at 12:10 p.m., which I was told was perfectly fine. When I checked in, I also let the staff know that my dog had a grooming appointment around 12:45 p.m., but I made it clear that they could take their time because the grooming could easily be pushed back. Despite me saying that, they told me I should go ahead and take my dog to the grooming appointment first. I explained again that the groomer was flexible and I preferred to just go ahead and complete my vet appointment. In the middle of all this confusion, the doctor suddenly left and went to lunch—without ever speaking to me. I was literally there trying to be seen, and next thing I know, the doctor is gone. No communication, no explanation, nothing. Later on, I was told to just come back after the grooming. So I did exactly that. My dog finished grooming around 4:00 p.m., and I returned as instructed. When I got back, the doctor came out and casually asked, “What do you want?” I was honestly shocked. I reminded him that I was told to come back to be seen. Instead of taking us into a room like a normal appointment, he proceeds to examine my dog right there at the check-in counter. No privacy, no proper care environment—just a quick, careless check in the front of the store. At that point, I was beyond frustrated and felt completely disrespected, so I walked out and never went back. To make matters worse, the front desk associate even told me she doesn’t normally work at that location and was just filling in. She said she would have a supervisor contact me and even sent an email about the situation. That was over a week and a half ago, and I have yet to receive any call or follow-up. Instead of a supervisor, two other employees came out to speak with me. One of them was extremely dismissive and unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to “reschedule” or go to another location, as if he had no interest in helping resolve the situation at all. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which is completely unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism is unacceptable—especially when it comes to caring for someone’s pet. I will never return to this location again. I plan to go to the Howell Mill location moving forward and hope for a much better experience. If you have other options, I strongly recommend avoiding this Peachtree location altogether. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

    I received treatment from Dr. Ehie. And I was extremely disappointed and disheartened. Dr. Ehie has zero bedside manner, she wrongly diagnose my dog and she did not take accountability. Dr Ehie is a threat to animals. The visit was so bad. I had to get a second opinion for all the items that she missed.
