The staff was horrible and the vets were even worse and didn't really even know what they were doing. Every time I go they always make it harder for you to get your pet taken care of and dont really seem to care. They also are horrible at informing you about anything and do as they please. I hope no one ever has to deal with this and no one should ever go here.

I've had my gripes about banfield as my cat is aging and have more problems but this place has been the absolute worst out of all of them I've been to. If you have a healthy pet it's fine but God forbid you have an aging pet with medical issues. One word will sum up this place and it is CARELESSNESS. I've been here multiple times for my cat and every time it has been inconsistent care and complete disregard for the situation. Even ordering refill of my cats medication has been a hassle. The previous time I called and said the exact dose and medication name which she takes twice a day for her thyroid. They filled one singular pill.... This most recent visit was the last straw. I was told my cat was completely fine and it was hairballs that she was dry heaving 10-15 times a day. Fine, I accepted the Rx paste for her to go home. While there I asked to refill her thyroid Rx and they filled the 5mg instead of 2.5mg. I immediately walked back to exchange and the secretary said the tech had asked me if that was okay earlier bc they didn't have the 2.5. NO ONE HAD ASKED ME ANYTHING OR TOLD ME ABOUT THIS. Then I was told to split the pill even though it is slick bc of the coating and not perforated with an indent to be able to split. I was told to use a knife. I will show you a photo of the pill so you can SEE how ridiculous this is to split SAFELY with a knife. It is absolutely insane because I HAVE split this medication before with a non coated 5mg that has the indent to be split properly. But they refused to give me any other form so I left. If your pet has any issues I recommend avoiding banfields in general but this one in particular. They make you feel like it's a burden to schedule your pet in for an actual problem but call you like crazy for scheduling usual check ups.

Ms. Penny at the front desk and the other staff were so kind to me and my pet. I really felt at ease and satisfied with my visit for my pets comprehensive exam.
