  I am leaving a review because I am so beyond disturbed after leaving the groomer today . We have taken our dogs here for two years because we really felt we had no alternative for a groomer . When we started going there we were semi satisfied with their service . Over a period of time it slowly declined . There were times when we picked up our dogs and were not even sure if they had been bathed . Their services are not cheap and we paid the money and didn’t question . The last time we went apparently the groomer didn’t even show up . Instead of contacting us to pick up our dogs they kept our dogs there for the day and did not bathe them and attempted to try to half groom them on their own which entailed no bath and a semi chop around my dogs face . Both of our dogs are very loving and friendly dogs who started to come home scared and very thirsty. They seemed afraid every-time we showed up at the groomer .When we questioned the owners they became aggressive and defensive. I am appalled by the fact that the son of the owner came to my car shaking a bag of my dogs hair in my newborns face aggressively telling me that my dog was too matted to groom even though we brought our dogs once a month with seemingly the same results . I do not recommend this groomer at all . It is hard to find a groomer in Atlanta for golden doodles however will groom them myself before I ever bring my dogs back to these Incompetent so called groomers .

  We love Animal House of Buckhead. They always have our golden looking wonderful. She is always so happy after she gets groomed. They take care to assist her with all her special needs. They are great about listening to special requests (even when we change our minds). Their services are reasonably priced and they hold true to their word that maintenence appointments are cheaper than make-over appointments. Dakota thanks you guys very much.
