  We have been taking our puppy, Cooper there and loves it! Everyone is very attentive too him and the other dogs. I highly recommend Puppy Haven.

  I was really disappointed by my experience with Puppy Haven. I reached out because they advertise temperament evaluations and even offer individual play options for dogs, which gave me the impression that they assess each dog based on its behavior and personality. Instead, I received a call letting me know they do not accept pit bull-type dogs at all because of their breed. My dog wasn’t even given the opportunity to participate in the temperament evaluation that is so heavily advertised. As someone who has owned multiple breeds, I’ve learned that temperament is determined by the individual dog, not simply its breed. Some of the sweetest, most gentle dogs I’ve known have been pit bulls, and it’s disappointing to see dogs automatically excluded without any chance to demonstrate their temperament. I completely understand that private businesses have the right to set their own policies. However, I wish this breed restriction had been made clear upfront. Advertising temperament testing and individualized care while categorically excluding certain breeds feels misleading and was a frustrating experience. I hope this review helps other pet owners know about the policy before they spend time reaching out.

  After going to so many recommended places and searching everywhere for the right place for our Baby Boy; we found Puppy Haven to take care of our special boy Fitzgerald Kennedy who they welcomed with love and patience. Every day Fitz goes to Puppy Haven, they take amazing care of our beloved bull terrier; the best place Ever!! Thank you for all the love and special care you consistently give to our Boy; thank you from the bottom of our hearts allowing Us to go to work without having to worry if Fitzgerald is ok!

  The staff and location in East Roswell go above and beyond taking care of your loved ones. We only use Puppy Haven for our furry family member whether it's just for a day or spending an entire week or more. I absolutely vouch for this location and staff!!
