My dog loves Puppy Haven! I enjoy being able to watch him play with the other dogs on their live feed camera. We recently boarded him and he was very well taken care of. The associates at the front desk are always super friendly and helpful as well.
We absolutely love Puppy Haven, and more importantly, so does our dog! He has been going to Puppy Haven for years, starting at the Brookhaven location and now at East Roswell since it’s closer to our home.
His tail starts wagging the second we pull into the parking lot. He can barely wait for us to take his collar off before he’s rushing toward the back door to get to his friends and go play. Every time he comes home, he’s tired, happy, and clearly had the best day.
Whenever we go out of town, Puppy Haven is his home away from home. We love that we can check in on him through the cameras while we’re away and watch him having fun and playing with his friends. It gives us such peace of mind knowing we can see that he’s happy and enjoying himself.
To him, Puppy Haven is his resort, his getaway, and his favorite place to vacation! We’ve tried other dog resorts over the years, but we’ve never had the same experience or level of confidence that we have with Puppy Haven.
We truly appreciate how well they take care of him and how much they clearly care about the dogs in their care. It means so much to us knowing that when he’s there, he’s having fun, being loved on, and enjoying time with his doggy friends. We couldn’t recommend Puppy Haven East Roswell more!
We won't go here any longer. The ownership needs to get their act together. Our dog goes a couple days a week on average, so we buy the daycare package. The package is $700 dollars and works out to a daily rate that is one of the highest in the area, but certainly the highest that this ownership group requires at any of their locations. For two years we have been doing this. On some occasions, our dog goes to their Downtown Roswell location. Downtown has always honored the package and used an available credit. Last re-up just happened to be bought through Downtown. East Roswell then tells me they can't use packages purchased at another location and will make sure the others follow that policy too. I cancelled the remaining 18 credits, cancelled an upcoming boarding reservation (btw, you have to pay a boarding fee plus a daycare fee when you board), and will take our business elsewhere. When you charge a premium, you should make common sense policies and empower your employees to take rational steps.

I recently started to bring my dog Millie to doggie daycare at Puppy Haven East Roswell. She is 11 months old with lots of energy, and comes home wiped out. She is even tired the next day! Great for a puppy who is high energy and is comfortable and playful around a large number of dogs. My complaint is with the cameras in the dog playroom. They are very grainy (maybe fix the lighting or upgrade the cameras?) and they don’t cover the entire dog room. I called when I couldn’t see Millie on camera for a long period of time and was told she was sleeping in a corner of the main room that wasn’t covered by the camera. They also turn off the cameras about 1.5 hrs before closing time and when I inquired why to the girl at the front desk she said it is policy and I would have to ask Corporate office. I can’t think of any reason why they would shut off the cameras while dogs are still there and before closing time, owners should ALWAYS be able to see their dog on camera. Also, there are no cameras in the outdoor play space at all. I will be asking Mgt about this concern. I am sure they know it gives owners piece of mind to be able to see their dog on camera at any time.
If they fixed all these camera issues my rating would be higher than 3 stars.

Teddy loves going to Puppy Haven (East Roswell). He's still a puppy (8months) and gets so excited that he pees each time he's greeted there. 😂 Their app features a live webcam so you can check up on them and the staff are always so friendly. I know he has a blast because each time he's exhausted and zoomed out when he returns home.
