  I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at this location. I have been bringing my fur baby here for quite some time and have always had positive experiences until my interaction with Samantha. While discussing grooming options for my pup with the groomer who normally cares for him, we were having a respectful conversation to determine the best approach for his grooming needs. Samantha abruptly inserted herself into the conversation and became aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. She raised her voice, told me that I had to accept whatever was done to my dog, and made me feel completely dismissed as a paying customer. As a pet parent, I believe I should be able to ask questions and participate in decisions regarding my dog's care without being yelled at or treated disrespectfully. When I am paying $124 for a grooming service before tip, I expect professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to communicate. What makes this situation especially heartbreaking is that my dog is comfortable with his regular groomer and has built trust with her over time. Because of Samantha's behavior, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. It is unfortunate that one employee's conduct has overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive experience. I hope store management or corporate leadership takes this complaint seriously and addresses Samantha's behavior. No customer should be spoken to in such a hostile and dismissive manner, especially when simply advocating for the care and well being of their pet. I encourage other pet owners to be cautious and ask questions before services are performed. Respectful communication and customer service should be a priority, especially when entrusting a beloved family member to someone's care.

  Don't come to this store. I bought a dog crate and didn't get a receipt nor use a phone number. I called the same day to see if I could exchange it and management said sure, they could look up my purchase. When i asked if it would be fine to return the next morning, management said sure, he'll be there. I came the next morning and was told the only option i had was to donate it or call Corporate since their transaction history only stays in their system for the day. If that was the case, then why say it was ok to come tomorrow then? If i had a deadline, i would've exchanged it same day. Terrible management and team. Go order at Chewy instead.

  Brought my little Chihuahua in for grooming and had a good experience! The staff is friendly and genuinely caring with dogs.
