If you try to use Chewy or 1800PetMeds they will send you a bullshit letter telling you that they won't see your pet anymore or simply refuse service. I have proof and I wish you would challenge me to show it.š

- KBKwanesia BassJul 1, 20251.0We had an emergency with our dog and called Dockery, Mobley, and Associates Animal Hospital yesterday. They told us we could do a drop-off first thing this morning. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to make it happen. When we arrived, the front desk told us they had spoken to me that morning (they hadnāt), and then casually said there were no appointments availableādespite me receiving a text reminder for the drop-off. The explanation? āOh, the person who scheduled it was probably the girl we fired yesterday for not following protocol five times.ā What does that have to do with my dogās emergency appointment that I made with an active employee less than 24 hours prior? If I had missed the appointment, I wouldāve been charged a feeābut they canceled on us without so much as a phone call. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially for an animal hospital.
