  CCockroach on floor and urine on floor I slipped on told customer service rep she did nothing, never called anyone to clean it up or ask if I was ok.

  Went in looking for freshwater aquariums. Decided to look at the plants and fish selection they have, mainly interested in betta selection. 60% of the tissue culture plants they had were dead or just mold. I even saw moss balls being sold for 50% off that had no moss because they were dead! 70% of the bettas they have (that are in tiny cups) were on the brink of death or dead. However, they had some great deals on rimless tanks. Seems they pick and choose which animals to take care of. It was very sad to see and I will not support this place until they do better.

  I placed an online order for dog clippers and drove all the way to the Yulee Petco to pick them up. The order was ready when I arrived, so I appreciated that part of the experience. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the bag, I immediately noticed the box had been torn and taped back together. Once I opened it, it was obvious the clippers had been used, there was still dog hair inside them. That is completely unacceptable. I called the store to ask how a used item ended up being put back on the shelf without being inspected. What made it even more frustrating was that they told me they had other brand-new clippers in stock. If that’s the case, why was I given the used pair? Now I have to make another long drive just to return something that never should have been sold in the first place. It’s a huge inconvenience, and at this point I don’t even want a replacement. I just want my money back. This experience left a very bad impression. A quick inspection would have prevented all of this. Customers should never receive a used product, especially one that still has someone else’s pet hair in it.
