    Would give a zero if I could. Called ahead saying I was running late. Told me no worries. I arrive after driving 30 minutes because this was the location I was told could accommodate me. I arrive 7 minutes late, waited almost 15 minutes until someone acknowledged me, and they did zero to accommodate me and said that I would have to wait for every dog that was already in the building plus more appointments to finish despite being there before any of them. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service. Didn’t even know the name of the person they spoke to that said I was running late. Who’s running this place?

    Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Assistant gave me a pay slip, opened the door, told me to go to the front, pay and come back in 10 minutes. I started walking to the front to pay, made it all the way past the check in area, when the check in worker said “SIR where are you going?!? Come back.” She looked over to all the other workers and they said to come back and wait for my dog. They’re all laughing and making feel stupid and embarrassed when it was the assistant who gave me stupid instructions. Usually go to Lee Vista and Altamonte Springs location (where the staff is friendly and professional), but Winter Park was the only one that had availability for the day. Will never be returning to this location again.

    The staff was very kind, and patient with my anxious chihuahua. They were able to give her all of her shots quickly and without any issues, provide a prescription for my preferred, topical flee, tick and worm medication I could fill online.
