  Wasted time and gas... Only to be told they couldn't groom my dog because she has a level 2 Heart Murmur... All my dog needed was a bath and cut. This question should have been asked before booking an appointment.

  I had a grooming appt at the winter park location for 1pm I called several times. No one was picking up in the grooming department. I then reached a cashier who was able to get someone in the grooming department I explain to Terra that I was stuck on i4 but was on the way Terra stated that was fine she will let kensly know I was running late. I reached winter park location at 145pm coming all the way from volusia County to get my dog groomed Just to be turned away the store manager Clarissa was not being helpful at still trying to turn this away I didn’t ask. Why did Terra say it was fine and to come anyway I could have turned around and save my gas. The manager was very nonchalant and did not care at all about the situation. It was giving racist. I didn’t ask to speak to the grooming manager, but she stated that she was off for today. I told Clarissa, how unprofessional they were being and that I was gonna find my dog somewhere else to go To cover her behind, she went in the system and made a note saying that I cursed her out, which was a lie And to not service my dog at any of the Petcos. As I was getting my dog groomed At another location they made me aware of the notes that Clarissa Placed in the system later on in the day I’m assuming thinking to CYA. I know she did this because I told her I was gonna leave a review and to call Corporate office so she tried to beat me to the punch This Petco made me feel so uncomfortable. I would never return. To this location.
