Our nurse Sandy's was wonderful. The doctor was late and they wanted us to drop Trixie off. My husband and I were unsure about doing that because Trixie gets very nervous at the doctors. She assured us that Trixie would be fine and she would take good care of her. She told us when the doctor comes Trixie would be seen as soon as possible. She was true to her word. They informed me that Trixie even got a treat inspector tag. Banfield and there staff are caring and loving.

We took our puppy here 2 times and had a horrible experience.
They scam you into a wellness plan to “save money” and then each appointment is still $200.
The vet, Lourdes, was incredibly insensitive and even accused us of not properly taking care of our puppy. Our puppy had a parasite that it had when we got him, and she accused me of taking him to dog parks and allowing him to be out in public to early. She was unkind to our 9 week old puppy and did not make him feel comfortable. Usually vets will offer treats when giving vaccines or placing a thermometer , but she would just grab and toss him around and wash just trying to hand him back as soon as she could.
She also was dismissive when I asked about his food and changing it because our puppy is sensitive and is not enjoying his food. I wanted to get something easier for his stomach, and she let me know I can’t change his food, which is incorrect and I was just looking for a suggestion that does well for our Boston.
I suggest never going here. You wait 2-3 hours for every appointment, and your dog will be mistreated. You can even hear the workers while in your room talking poorly on pets and the customers. It is not a good experience and it is an incredible waste of money !!!

Terrible. Careless and indifferent, business as usual.
My dogs have been Banfield patients for 12 years. My little Yorkie was diagnosed with a kidney disease 7 months ago. I was told she is doing well and we were sent home with no medicine or treatment plan.
At the next appointment I am being told she is in kidney and liver failure. She was scheduled for vaccines, which they did not have in stock at the time of the appointment. They asked me to reschedule and offered blood work "free of charge", which miraculously came back with much better values.
The staff was more interested in selling me a senior plan for $82/month instead of $40, some nonsensical supplement for liver, and medicated food. Again, I was told that she is doing better.
I scheduled an appointment with a different vet and the blood work confirmed that my dog was dying. My dog died in my arms a few days later, after we tried everything to save her: IV fluids, medicine, you name it.
My other dog was diagnosed with an eye infection and a skin allergy. A year ago I was sent home with eye infection medicine and an expensive medicated shampoo that did nothing to help him. Six months later I told them he was not improving, they sent a tech to the front desk to tell me to continue with the shampoo. They wrote the directions on a sticky note.
The new vet diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed meds, and in 2 weeks he was cured.
I called to cancel both plans. One plan was canceled because it was close to renewal and they collected enough $, not because my dog died. I am still being charged for my other dog because their inflated costs have not been covered yet. I have sent two complaints with dates, diagnosis, and details on what was prescribed. No response yet from the facility, and I don't expect one.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
