  Mia and Dr.Joyce were so lovely to work with. They were so understanding and reassuring with me and my dog, Penny, and I feel very confident in their abilities to continue to treat my dog!

  The whole team has a true love and care for animals and the concerns of their owners. We previously visited with our first cat for a wellness check and thought the team was professional and friendly. But the level of care and professionalism of this team really shined when the new tiny kitten we brought home suddenly developed diarrhea after a few days. They managed to work him in at the end of the day, which probably meant the staff stayed late. When our first cat stopped eating and drinking and developed diarrhea, probably due to the stress of a new kitten, they also took care of him. The Vet’s assessment was spot on followed with helpful treatment and suggestions. They called to check on both cats a few times and never made me feel like a crazy inexperienced mom. Thank you to the team!

  We had a great experience at Golden Heart Veterinary Care when Maple was spayed on April 10. Maple is an 18‑month‑old Golden Retriever, and from start to finish everything went really smoothly. Everyone we interacted with Dr. Steven D’Ambrose, the vet techs, and the reception staff was genuinely kind and helpful. The office is extremely clean and has a calm, welcoming feel, which made the whole experience less stressful. Maple’s incision looked amazing. No swelling, no bleeding, and it healed beautifully. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. What mattered most to me was the trust. I left Maple there for the day without any second thoughts because I truly felt she was in good hands. I’m very thankful to the entire team at Golden Heart Veterinary Care and would absolutely recommend them.

  I have been going to Golden Heart Vet in Windemere for quite a few years now. I trust them more than anyone with my pets. They are open 7 Days a week which is one of the greatest things. They have state of the art equipment the newest technology for the testing and fast and friendly service. Their front desk girls, their vet techs and their veterinarians are all great all the time. I just recently had her there for an illness and she is making a fast recovery solely because of them accommodating me quickly and their extremely knowlegable Vets. They take great notes so that nothing is missed. You can just tell that they read the notes prior to walking in the room so by the time they come in they remember all the important info about your pet. I have referred everyone with a pet in Orlando to this vet. I have never once had a bad experience here and just found out they are also opening a state of the art facility in Lake Nona soon for anyone that lives there. They are the best in Orlando. I have read the reviews on almost all of them and these are the best I found and match the actual experiences I have had here. You wont regret going here.

  We've followed Dr. Rogers from his previous practice, so we were so happy to discover that he's moved closer to us. We always asked for Dr. Rogers but occasionally you just want to see whomever is available when things are more urgent. Not surprisingly - ALL the doctors, and staff, are FANTASTIC at Golden Hearth Veterinary Care. We've seen Dr. Joyce and Dr. Navas several times, and I would choose any of them with confidence. The technicians are awesome too - we've worked with Mia, Miranda, Carly, and others and they always provide an exceptional experience for our two fur babies. My daughter brings her pets here as well all the way from Lake Nona! Thank you to everyone at Golden Heart!
