  Staff were warm and so friendly from time we got there. Dr. Alison and her assistant, was hands down de boom 🥰! Amazing experience! Of course our fur baby cost us money. However, the staff was very understanding and tried to help us save as much as they could. Thank you so much for a great experience and caring for our fur baby.

  I am already in love with this clinic. I called several clinics before coming here with my puppy and wow I could tell the difference from the first interaction on the phone call. The staff was so friendly and willing to help, no question seemed silly for them which gave me peace of mind and confidence to open up and communicate more. They were able to see me the same day and the Doctor was so sweet, knowledgeable and was not rushing the visit. She took her time to make sure all our questions were answered and provided a lot of tips and recommendations for our puppy and her lifestyle. Cali was so happy with the staff she is already in love with them lol. Another thing I loved is that they work with our pet insurance (Trupanion) with vet pay direct so I don’t have to worry about submitting a claim. The office is beautiful as well and super clean. I definitely recommend and will continue to bring Cali here for all her medical needs.

  The team at golden heart is fantastic. We’ve been seeing a range of doctors at their clinic for years now. Our main doctor as of recently has been Dr. Joyce and we adore her. From routine care to tough decisions on quality of life of our animals, Dr. Joyce and the team at golden heart has cared for our kiddos with grace, compassion, and love. We can’t imagine using any other practice. You won’t get better care in the Orlando area. This is the place to take your fur babies.

  Dr. Naomi Kane was my 10 year old pups Doctor and I believe I found my forever vet for her. I have been trying many different vets just because I wanted someone who genuinely cared about my dogs well being and when I say care I mean someone giving valuable information and home care advice that I cant just find on a quick online search (which should never be how you care for your pet). In my case I am fortunate to say cost is not my priority, is her best care since she is now a senior. Compared to other vets cost it is on the higher end but not abnormal and in my honest opinion worth it knowing passionate professionals are taking care of her. The whole staff has been super attentive and sweet! She just got dental work done and is doing great ❤️

  This was my first experience with Golden Heart. They were very welcoming and helped calm our fears, not only of my cats but of mine as well. Taking my cats to the vet is not our favorite thing to do but they were gentle and kind to my cats even when Ash became very stressed of the situation. They did a tremendous job! The facility is clean and modern. The staff is knowledgeable and were extremely patient when handling my difficult kitty, not to mention their hours are accommodating to my work schedule. Great job Golden Heart! I will trust you with the future care of my cat family ♥️
