  I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for a year now since I brought my baby Bentley home. The owner-manager and everyone else working there are incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I’ve had ongoing issues with my premier account, but the associates there have always been incredibly understanding and supportive. While they may not carry everything that other locations do, they have a good selection and I always find adorable dog mom gifts for myself.

  Not the best customer service in the beginning, but the GM authorized a store credit after an associate input my phone number incorrectly where proof of purchase didnt show up on the account.

  I've been bringing my dogs here for years, but I'm really disappointed with how much the grooming service has declined. Lately, the staff always seem unhappy, the atmosphere feels negative, and the female manager has been consistently rude. It's a completely different experience than it used to be. Several friends and neighbors recommended switching, and after this, I'll be taking my dogs to PetSmart instead. I hope Petco addresses these issues because it's unfortunate to see the service go downhill.

  In parking lot rn after picking up poop bags and just want to shout the young man with curly hair! He offered a delivery option, was kind with my pet, conducted himself as if thought I was a secret shopper because the customer service went above and beyond. Give that boy a raise, he’s going places.

  I have never seen a store more dirty. The purina pro plan I got from this store was infested with larvae. I didn’t notice it at first, and fed about half the bag to my dog. Then he started throwing up, and I saw hatched larvae at the bottom of the food and in his throw up. I keep dog food in a secured, airtight container, so there is no other way it could have been infested other than from the store. The aisles in the back of the store are insanely dirty as well. Saw a cockroach walk right by a worker. No idea why they can’t keep this place clean but good lord. Won’t ever be coming back here. Thankfully, Publix next to me has the pro plan he likes for pretty much the same price (about a dollar more for the 20 pound bag) and it ISNT disgusting.
