You start with getting a very rude woman (Lenor) telling you cancelations can only happen if you call corporate - she will give up the number, but she'll need to talk to you like your an invalid for about 5 minutes first - then you'll call corporate and get a man with an accent so thick, when you ask him to spell his name (Angel), he responds like you're the moron even though he sounds like he swallowed the phone. He will then insist you need to give an email they don't need and should already be on file but isn't because "that's not how our system works, it only updates if the customer calls and needs something." And when you ask for a manager, because surely they're must be someone competent in command, you're informed there are none and get hung up on. You will then need to call back and hope to whichever God you follow that Catlynn will pick up, because I'm positive she's the only one with a functioning IQ in the entire company. She will help you cancel. If you read this and still decide Banfield is a good fit for you, may your pet be healthy for eternity so you may never to take them to the vet, and if you cancel, may the odds be ever in your favor.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
