- BBBranApr 2, 20265.0Had a heartfelt experience at this location today, my dog has recently become very sick so i went to get her some cookies to try and help her feel better/have something to look forward to. one of the workers did something very sweet for me once i told him she was sick. i hope he sees this review and understands how much it meant to me. this location definitely has some of the most kind hearted staff and they make such an impact on someone’s day with the care they give their customers.

A few weeks ago I was SHOCKED and HEARTBROKEN when I called to book an appt with her and someone(manager??) told me she “WAS NO LONGER WITH US”. Made it sound like she DIED!!!!!!!!! Imagine my surprise the next day when I went in to get dog food and found KRYS there still grooming!!!!!! She told me she was just going to a different grooming place but they werent letting her tell her customers where. How SHAMEFUL. I bring my dog there because of KYRS and KRYS ONLY. How TERRIBLE and MANIPULATIVE of them to pretend she DIED to steal her clients out of jealousy. I won’t be going back for grooming OR food. Thank GOD I found where she is working now and will only give them my business from now on. SHAME.
