  Horrible customer service. I went to pick up an online order. The customer staff middle age woman at the register was rude, abrupt, looking angry, with absolutely zero customer skills. She stood by the register, with one foot on a stool or else, pretending she couldn't find my order. She was negative, had this careless attitude, borderline condescending, clearly showing me I wasn't welcome and she was pissed of to have to help me get my order. She finally listened to me, entered the order number in her phone, and located my order. She opened the closet and said: "go ahead, get it!". Really? What kind of customer care/service is this? I usually deal with Jay, who's very nice, but she was busy arranging some display (as it seems). This woman was absolutely terrible. Yuk.

  I went to Petco to purchase fish and couldn’t find anyone to assist me so I went to the checkout and they called for someone. When I asked a few questions about the fish I was told he knows nothing about fish so I’d have to just read the descriptions on the tanks. He was very nice but it would have been helpful if he had at least a little knowledge of his job

  Today my baby Rainy was supposed to come home looking beautiful and well-groomed. Instead, she was butchered. Rainy is a fluffy Cavapoo, and after her grooming appointment, she looks like a completely different dog. She was cut so short that she looks like a puppy with no home and no one who loves her. As a pet owner who takes great pride in caring for my dog, I am heartbroken and extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal Petco customer for many years, and it is sad to see how much the grooming department has declined. Many of the talented groomers who once worked there have left, and the quality of service has suffered tremendously. While the overall store continues to provide great customer service, my experience with the grooming department was unacceptable. A grooming appointment should leave a pet looking clean, healthy, and cared for—not completely unrecognizable. This experience has been so upsetting that I have decided to take my grooming business elsewhere. If you love your pet and are particular about how they are groomed, I strongly encourage you to discuss exactly who will be handling your pet and to make sure they have the experience and skills necessary to provide quality grooming services. Farewell and goodbye to Petco Grooming. I expected much better
