  Filthy store,rude employees and usually out of things. The animals they do have are over packed;30/40 mice to cage,5 Guinea pigs to a cage,fish look sick. They need to be inspected, especially animal cruelty. The prices are outrageous.

  I always pay for my furbaby’s holiday package, but I still don’t believe she got a bath. As everyone knows, the package includes a bandanna and a special fragrance, and she still smells like the outdoors, just like when I dropped her off. There was no bandanna, and she didn’t even smell like a fresh bath. The only thing I believe they did was clip her nails. Now, I won’t tip them ever again and will take her to PetSmart instead. Very disappointed

  The bald headed manager here is driving business away all because hes scared to grab a coral or an anemone. He'll come out with the lamest excuse saying that the coral or anemone I want is under quarantine and can't be sold. Riddle me this, why in the world would you have a fish, coral or anemone that is "under quarantine" in a display tank, with lights on, & with other fish & invertebrates that are perfectly fine & ready for sale? You can keep deleting my review, I'll be right back here posting it. I'm pissed off, this is not the first time he has done this and will be taking my business elsewhere.
