- CLCaitlin LeClair4 days ago4.0Office was clean and the vet tech was awesome. I had a vet that was covering from another site and she was very nice and thorough. I did have an issue with my cats prescription which was a bit stressful to resolve but was ultimately resolved. Definitely not cheap but they aren’t exorbitantly priced either. Overall, it’s close to my house and convenient.

The optimal wellness plan is also well worth it-it’s incredible the services that are included-saves $ and gives peace of mind that he is able to get all the services he needs to be healthy. We also appreciate that if needed his medical records can be accessed elsewhere in the country so if we need a vet in another state, he can be seen as though it’s his own home clinic.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
