  The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and easy to navigate. If you're blessed enough to encounter James he is very knowledgeable and happy to help. Finding help that's genuine is so hard these days. It truly made my experience wonderful. Everyone else I encountered was smiling and petting my dog, it felt like they were happy to see us. I will be back.

  Outstanding Service from James at Petco in Venice, Florida! I had such a wonderful experience with James at Petco in Venice, Florida. From the moment we met him, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. James went above and beyond—and then some! He walked around the store with us to make sure we found everything we needed, answered our questions thoroughly, kept us updated, and never once made us feel rushed. He did it all with a smile and an incredibly kind attitude. It is rare these days to come across an employee who takes this much pride in helping customers and making sure they leave happy. Petco Corporate should know what an exceptional employee they have in James. Employees like him are what make customers want to come back. Thank you, James, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. You made our visit a truly great experience! 🐾❤️ Five stars aren’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
