Our 3 yr cat was bitten five times by a rattlesnake but we had no idea when we took him into the clinic. Dr Hernandez examined him and went thru step by step to determine what was causing the cat pain. He first saw that was a bite , he ran blood tests and determined it was a venomous snake bite. Actually it was five. Dr Hernandez was calm , professional and exceptional in his treatment of the our cat . He gave us options for care and kept him overnight . Our cat , Theo , got one vial of anti venom . The clinic is associated with Trenton animal clinic and their doctors staff the emergency clinic. If it had not been for Dr Hernandez my cat would not have survived . He is a caring and knowledgeable doctor.

We brought our kitty in because of a torn nail that was slightly bleeding. Mainly wanted to make sure it was trimmed up so he didn't rip it off. They saw us immediately, didn't even charge us for it, and we were headed back home in under 8 minutes. Thank you for the great service! We will be back if we ever need emergency services again for sure.. especially since you are only 10 minutes from our home.

These folks are just amazing! Had an emergency visit. Everyone here really helped with their calm, caring, professional and understanding treatment. Highly recommend, especially if you too need an emergency vet visit.

The staff was very compassionate and friendly. I went in last night, on a holiday, and an hour or so before closing with a senior cat that was struggling with constipation. I rushed there straight from work, panicked because my girl was in pain, and they stepped right into action. Even with a radiograph, it was by far the most affordable price I've ever paid for an emergency. Overall great staff that treated me very well all the way through. My girl is good as new now thanks to the vet kind staff here!

Very disappointing experience with customer service.
I received an email confirming my dog’s surgery appointment for May 12th. When I called to verify the appointment, I was informed that the surgery had been moved to June 7th without any prior notice, explanation, or apology.
When I politely asked why the appointment date had changed, I was told the office was “not obligated” to explain. The conversation then became unprofessional and hostile. I was accused of being rude for asking questions and was hung up on multiple times.
I later called back to apologize in case there had been any misunderstanding and attempted to resolve the situation respectfully. Instead, I was told to “take my business somewhere else” and the call was ended again.
Regardless of any misunderstanding, clients should be treated with professionalism, clear communication, and respect, especially when arranging medical care for their pets. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
