Very disappointing experience with customer service.
I received an email confirming my dog’s surgery appointment for May 12th. When I called to verify the appointment, I was informed that the surgery had been moved to June 7th without any prior notice, explanation, or apology.
When I politely asked why the appointment date had changed, I was told the office was “not obligated” to explain. The conversation then became unprofessional and hostile. I was accused of being rude for asking questions and was hung up on multiple times.
I later called back to apologize in case there had been any misunderstanding and attempted to resolve the situation respectfully. Instead, I was told to “take my business somewhere else” and the call was ended again.
Regardless of any misunderstanding, clients should be treated with professionalism, clear communication, and respect, especially when arranging medical care for their pets. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I adopted both of my cats through Tri county Veterinary. It was such an easily process, but what I appreciated the most was getting both of them fixed through the low cost surgery program this business has. It made it super easy for me to fix both my kittens!

My boyfriend and I went to the vet due our dog not doing very well and we made the difficult decision to put him down, the staff were incredibly sweet and understanding during the whole experience. They gave us plenty of time to grieve in the moment and understood/listened to our concerns beforehand. They also kindly gave us his ink paw prints to take home. Overall everyone was very understanding and helped to make the entire experience a little easier.

Dr. Hernandez and his excellent staff really went above and beyond in comforting us when it was time to have our dog put down . After a life well lived at 12yrs. old she looked at us with tired eyes as if to say she was ready . The compassion and professionalism they had for us during the short discussion was well presented to us . Cocoa loved EVERYONE and I'm sure that she made some new friends that Saturday morning . I'm a firm believer that folk's like Dr. Hernandez and the ladies that helped make Cocoa's transition happen , have a place in heaven for the work and compassion that they give to all the animals they touch every day . I can only imagine what it would be like when they visit " The Rainbow bridge " .You are loved by all .
