  I came in to make a simple ID tag for my Chihuahua and left very disappointed. I wasn’t asking for someone to design the tag for me—I just wanted to use the engraving kiosk. Before I even had a chance to browse, an employee picked out a tag for me. When I reached for a smaller one, she told me it “wouldn’t work.” She then took over the entire process, choosing the font, deciding what information should go on each line, repeatedly pushing me to add my last name even after I said no, and even entering my dog’s information herself instead of letting me customize it. She also asked for my phone number while standing over the kiosk instead of letting me enter it privately. I spent over $16 on a tag that wasn’t what I wanted because I felt like I wasn’t given the opportunity to make my own choices. Customers should be allowed to customize their own tags unless they specifically ask for help.

  I purchased some fish and the lady who helped me was very informative as to what fish I should get as a beginner. I was very happy with her.
