- JJJordanSep 15, 20261.0Jaden is a sweetheart. But the older black dude (I think his name is Leroy) is miserable. Every time I come in here, I hate when he's working. He's rude and says little quips he needs to stop saying. Why is he so Defiant when it comes to putting in the customer's phone number? I have never been to a Petco or a PetSmart where the customer is required to put in their phone number for rewards. It's always the cashier asking what your phone number is and they put in the phone number. He's the only one that'll stare you down and say "put in your phone number" And I will say "can you please do it because I'm holding two bags of pet food and My hands are full" and he will refuse. I know he can put the phone number in because every other employee puts my phone number in when my hands are full! And definitely without attitude! He has no customer service and is just lazy.
