They couldn’t find the vet when we arrived so we had to wait for them to find him. Then when in the room it felt like the doctor didn’t even like animals. He was very cold and wouldn’t even pet my dog. He just told tech to hold her so he could draw blood. Very disappointing. Only reason it even got stars is the staff was so apologetic and so kind to my puppy.

❌❌❌❌❌🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘🆘 Very disappointing experience. I accidentally booked the hospital instead of the vaccine clinic through the app. After explaining the mistake, the staff found an available clinic time and had me wait. After almost two hours with two stressed cats, I was then told the doctor would not see them through the clinic and that I had to pay an additional hospital exam fee on top of the vaccine cost. I left without their boosters. On the way home, one of my cats became so stressed that she started panting rapidly with her mouth open, which was extremely frightening. I understand policies and fees, but making a client wait that long with stressed animals and then refusing service unless they pay an additional fee is unacceptable to me. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to other pet owners.
