    I recently rescued a kitten and she have been having problem with going to bathroom. So I bought her in for a wellness check. This is my first time and I have kids at home so I had a lot of question about rather anything could be transferred to me or my family. I ask the doctor this question he stated we should be fine but wash our hands and he won’t know what’s going on for sure until the test come back. But again he reiterated wash your hands. Me hearing wash my hands made me wonder if it’s ok to have them running through the house, so I ask. In return he ask if me or my kids lick couches. If not we are good , I find that very disrespectful. I ask about insurance they said they had no recommendations but would give me a Boucher , I never got it. Over all experience was very poor did not feel welcomed at all. I felt more insulted than anything. What about me say me and my family are uncivilized to the point he question rather we lick our couches.

    Was in Tuesday with my cat. Doctor looked 3 seconds,they take blood test,and ultrasound. And told in Wednesday tests will be ready, but nobody call back,my husband call they say tests not ready. In Thursday nobody did not call back again,our cat very bad feeling today,we coming in clinic. Tests is ready but another doctor can’t check only doctor who checked before. What is wrong with you,what is meter,he is doctor why he can’t told what happened? Terrible service.😤 I hope with my cat will all good

    Had to bring one of my cats in for an upper respiratory infection and not only were they amazing about it, but they got me in at the right time and made sure that he was OK! Thank you guys so much

    I love this location! We come here specifically because they can handle our extremely reactive Belgian Shepherd. Jayma is an absolute angel sent from above. She’s the only vet who had been able to successfully care for Shadow. They are straight forward about what our pet needs and dont try to sell us on expensive medications. We will always come here! Highly recommend!
