  Fast, kind, and professional! My cat is very touch sensitive, but they made sure to keep him comfortable and made the process of getting him care very easy.

  The Vet techs were very attentive, and kind. As well as the Veterinarian. She got down on the ground to analyze my dog, making him feel comfortable. I liked that she got down with him. Giving him a good experience. As he was scared coming in. Took good care of his reason to visit, and quickly treated him. Unrushed. He left happy. Great location.

  Had to switch to a different, further location, because the level of care here is quite mediocre. I am not impressed with the vet they have on staff here. Instead of trying to fix the root cause of my dog’s allergies he is content with just injecting another cytopoint shot and collecting another $200. Could not get out the door fast enough. Had to stop him to ask additional questions. Recommend avoiding Vetco in general and finding a local independent practice, which is what we will be doing in the future.

  ⭐️ ZERO STARS. Extremely disappointed with this Vetco location. I have used Vetco veterinary services for more than 10 years with my previous pet, but this was my first visit to this specific location with my current dog. Unfortunately, this experience completely destroyed my trust. My 15-month-old dog is playful, sweet, and very gentle. He was extremely scared and nervous during the visit, yet the veterinarian and assistant labeled him “aggressive” instead of showing patience or understanding. I was told that unless I agreed to sedate him, they would not see him. I explained respectfully that I work and have a very limited schedule, and I simply asked them to help me find a solution. I never complained or argued. Instead, they quickly brought me paperwork for the additional medication and cost for me to sign — and then rejected my dog anyway. I find this completely unacceptable. If you work with animals, you should know the difference between a frightened dog and an aggressive one. A scared 15-month-old puppy should not be treated as a dangerous animal simply because the veterinarian is unwilling or uncomfortable handling him. I also needed his annual rabies vaccination, and I was left feeling that I was being pressured to pay additional money just to have them attempt to handle him. The veterinarian’s attitude toward both my dog and me was dismissive and disrespectful. I came asking for help, not special treatment, and I was treated as though my concerns did not matter. I do want to recognize the receptionist, who was wonderful, kind, and professional. Unfortunately, the veterinarian and assistant completely ruined the experience. 🚫 I strongly DO NOT recommend this location. My dog was scared, not aggressive. After more than 10 years of trusting Vetco with my previous pet, I expected much better.
